Having a family trip last week. We book a standard room with a living hall. The bed was really hard like a bamboo bed. I remember previously is was quite comfy and bouncy. Had a back pain due to that. Then we tried the pool. The pool was poorly maintaned. Water was not circulating thus causing the water to look cloudy and dirty. Made a complain but the issue was not resolved until i check out. They need to improve more

Its been a pleasant stay for our family. The staff is super helpfull and friendly. And understanding also. The room (suite) is really nice and clean. The pool is wonderfull. Definitely will choose acappella if i plan to stay in shah alam.

Parking is longer easy when the room card is not useful for it as before. Need to use bank card or touch n go card, and need to validate it at thr counter everyone u want to go out. It was wasting time actually

Nice room, nice service. Wish the parking have its own guest access card to make it more convenient instead of using tng and validate it at reception. Overall it's a good place to stay and the staff is very helpful.

My recent stay at the hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles by the receptionists, setting the tone for the rest of my visit. The check-in process was seamless, and the receptionists efficiently handled all the necessary formalities while making me feel welcome and valued as a guest.
