Payment method at the worst! Do you even know that we are living in a cashless world today? You can't accept the Debit card due to whatsoever reason with the bank. My sister did not bring any cash at the moment, and nor have a Credit card. she only have Debit card which is not accepted by the hotel. You "DID NOT" even mention in the status of the term and condition that u "DO NOT ACCEPT" debit card. Not to mention, we had paid the hotel via booking .com which right away deduct the amount on another family member credit card. In explaining this review, the issue was not about payment of the room rate but rather for the settlement of deposits. This booking was at Booking.com and the terms and conditions clearly stated that a deposit was required upon check-in and that the only form accepted was via cash or credit card pre-authorization. Deposits are a standard hotel practice and it is not our intention to act inhumanely towards any guest. This situation could really have been avoided if you had contacted us ahead to check if prior arrangements could have been made. We are sure that we would have worked something out given the circumstances. We advise those reading this response to judge for themselves and much regret this review.

Last min booking to this great serviced apartment, with nice resort-looking pool. Comfortable for family since got kitchen and dining table. Good breakfast and close to any eatery. Centre of main attraction in shah alam.

Traveling from Spore to attend a wedding in Shah Alam. After reading the hotel reviews, decided to stay at Acapella suite. Check in was smooth and room was allocated within 10minutes. Room was clean and presentable but the toilet had a leak. It was fixed quite fast. Other room amenities expected are provided especially iron and board, hairdryer and slippers. Requested for laundry and prayer and were delivered fast. Breakfast was disappointing. Being a weekend, there were many locals with children in their pajamas. Had to wait for a table. Quality of food is mediocre and slow to be replenished. Service staffs were disorganized with no proper supervision, many were Partimers. We could not see any Managers on duty throughout our stay, not in Front Desk or Restaurant. ( Taking…

The hospitality is one of the best I've experienced in any hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and spacious, definitely worth the money you pay. It is big enough to cater to a family of four. The front desk was also very helpful and knowledgable of the surroundings and how to navigate the transportation system in Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely recommend this to anyone headed up to Kuala Lumpur for a short holiday who wants to stay away from the city center.

We were here over the weekend for a private function which was held on the 20th floor Skygarden. It being my first visit, I was very impressed by the layout and the decor of the hotel and its surroundings. The 20th floor is a beautifully designed and open-concept space, which means that seating/dining arrangements can be made to your specification. There are lots of greens surrounding the space, despite it being on the top floor. The view was rather spectacular too, overlooking the city of Shah Alam. I was pleasantly surprised to venture upstairs and find that there is a whole open-space area which will be ideal for barbeques or just to chill out, on a cool evening. We were delighted with our stay in the Superior Family Suite at Acappella Suite Hotel & Residences in Shah Alam! The hotel and grounds were well maintained and we found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the layout of the suite as it allowed for privacy for our family as we rested. The suite was modern, large, spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable! The suite was well equipped including WiFi, good air conditioning, kitchenette, large refrigerator, and great water pressure in the shower! The Acappella hotel is beautiful and worth visiting. The one bedroom suite was clean and had everything you’ll need including great WiFi and very good air conditioning. The pool was wonderful and the family had a blast swimming. The staff was wonderful and took care of all our requests quickly. Food was delicious as well. My family had a great stay and I bet your family will as well.

Well equipped hotel with various facilities. Even for each hotel room : kitchen, ironing tool, hair dryer and etc. Location of the hotel is good. Almost all the places I need to go can be arrived in 30 minutes. Very appreciate hotel staffs for helping me to extend my stay from 2 days. One thing hotel can be improve is to install more power plug as some rooms only have 2 power plugs at near the bed. (I have to charge my power bank at the kitchen :P)
