No replacing for finished food, no coffee, not friendly and food isn't that great for such a price.. no good service... no coffee, no tea, no hot drinks other than tea tarik.. not impressed by service either

We booked this hotel at last minutes before our trip to Terengganu as we need to catch up early morning flight. They upgrade us to suite room. very spacious with a pantry, make up table where i can work, living area with tv. and a very large window/grass wall at the corner of the room. unfortunately, we arrived at night and leaving early morning, hence cannot enjoy the view. but the rate is so reasonable, so we didnt have much complaint. heard that they have olympic size pool. perhaps, another staycation at this hotel to enjoy my swimming session.

stay on 16/9 - 18/9/20 Stay was good at first called before come and ask few question but when arrived something else was told.We have confirmed our late cout at 2pm with ms thana but later the guy on night shift told us it is not available to hv late cout and then rqst to extend but they said hotel fully book.Too tired to argue we just went to our room. Rqst far from lift instead give the room beside the lift. Taking bath after long day but the holder at the bath tub went off and there are trash inside the cabinet. No floor mat at all. Safety box not function. Dont want to spoiled mood we just closed our eyes and Try to look on Agoda to extend atay and there is still room available and to my surprise i went to their website there are still room available as well. We manage to extend our stay but were queationed why we did not extend our stay through reception n i just told her all the story as above. As we went to the pool there was an argument between the staff n gst about the pool cleanliness as the water condition was different between every pool. As we did not want room to be make up at night i requested for extra mineral water n they only manage to give 1 bottle. They charge for the mineral water even though u stayover may be. We tried to support tourism industry n hotel industry but you guys need to do your part also to maintain your hotel.You have a beautiful hotel and emvironment do not waste it...I love to be here n we plan to stay here if we come again hope you can do some improvement when we come again. The room was smelly and dusty. Smells like an abandoned haunted room. Drawers and information guide book/file filled with dust. Maybe left idle during few months mco but should have cleaned up before letting guest in. Very noisy with kids running around and screaming outside the room. Lobby to room was quite a distance.

We organised a little gathering among our schoolmates at the Palm Terrace Coffeehouse. They observed the SOP regulations and we had seat pretty a part but it didn’t dampen our gathering. Foods were served to us, varieties weren’t many but the choices were good. Foods were fresh and good.

This is my first time staying at Holiday Villa Subang and I can say it was a disappointment. Stains on the bedsheets and curtain, only 2 pieces of tissue paper left in the room, no shower cap, carpet and sofa feels like it hasnt been washed in a long time, pillows were hard and uncomfortable, the bed wasnt exactly comfortable either, dunno if the sheets were changed or not because it felt like there were bugs crawling on me all night. Breakfast was pretty ok, except for the guests queueing up for food without proper social distancing Pool was awesome. relaxing and serene. I love the bathroom tho. nice and spacious. Check in was a breeze by Darren. courteous and polite, he explained everything clearly, like where was the coffee house to get breakfast and where were the lifts to the guest rooms. Guess i'll need to reconsider if I would book here again the next time.…

I have stayed here numerous times for both pleasure and business and I always return as the hotel is a perfect all rounder. Location is just nice within Subang, yet not within the main busy streets so you do have better peace of mind. Parking is also sufficient. The room i stayed in is the Corporate Deluxe and it is very nicely upkeep with excellent cleanliness. It is also very spacious even if you have a child or two with you. It will be definitely suitable if you are staying for business with proper work desk and ample space to spread your belongings. Last but not least, I would like to commend that the hotel practices excellent SOP in accordance to government requirements with proper demarcation, sanitizing dispensers and social distancing at the buffet breakfast area among others. I stayed here about five years ago but at a lower floor and facing the township. I came back again and was assigned to 18th floor, facing the lake. I like the room which is clean and tidy. The hotel itself is far from unwanted sound of the cars or lrts which make it a good place to unwind

I’ve never failed to check into Holiday Villa Subang. I’ve stayed here many times, and it never fails to make my stay a wonderful one. Although the rooms are rather old, but the size of the rooms, you will never get it anywhere else in Subang Jaya it maybe even in Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are so far very clean on my every check in. Buffet Breakfast is a wide spread of local and international cuisine. All in all, value for money. And I will definitely come back again and again.
