It's been four years since I last wrote review on Tripadvisor, this is our first trip since the global pandemic. We went to KL for a trip after my son graduated from high school. We stayed in this hotel for a few days, the location is perfect, just walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Mall, many restaurants and eateries there, and shopping centre, there is also a small ice rink for skating! Also walking distance to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, so convenient! One thing I love most about this hotel is there are water purifiers at the corridor, and one is just outside our room! I love to refill my tumbler whenever I need water, and super hot water to make drinks in the morning or sometimes midnight to make a cup of warm milk, of course I did bring my favorite milk powder and also 3 in 1 package beverage, love the Cuckoo water purifier! …

Very good budget hotel. Clean and good service. Free filtered hot and cold water dispenser available on every floor. Free wifi as well. Marketed as an eco-friendly hotel. Nice design and decor along the stairway. Right next to Sunway Lagoon, location is good. Eating and shopping nearby.

I stayed for 2 nights and find this hotel very clean, elegant design and safe for a female traveller. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The down part is that the wall is not soundproof which I can hear my next door neighbour talking and playing loud music at night. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend to my friends and family.

This hotel is located on the upper floors of shoplots about 5 minutes walk away from the Sunway Pyramid mall. It was nice, clean and our queen bed room with window is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious, and clean too. But you need to take care that you don't wet the floor as there's no shower door. Overall good stay.

Good location, close proximity to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon, clean rooms , friendly staff and rooms is value for money. We will be staying in this hotel for our future visits aroung Sunway area.

It’s definitely a great experience here! Comfy bed, cozy room, hot shower, clean towels, nice atmosphere (no weird sensing if that is ur biggest concern like i do), affordable price with good location (i did lots of homework before deciding this place), really convenient when it’s walkable distance to the shopping area and there is 24 hour coffee shop just below the hotel, safe area cause the grab driver say it’s surrounded by college etc. Most of all, great customer service and awesome staff! They were concern about my safety as i am alone and heading out to buy supper down the hotel. (PS: i promised to write the review since my stay in Jul but didnt until i am planning my next getaway.. haha! :p)

Overall satisifed. Beside the mall，Surrounding limited local food choice (only Indian food)。 Was not in luck during stay here, next unit was under renovation. Clean with simple good shower facilities. Other facilities, no toilet paper after one reminder, water dispenser not working on level 2, TV sound volume controlled.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. From the main entrance with the sliding door, they may need to label clearly that sliding door to slide open rather than "pull". Reception on 1st floor, staffs are helpful. There's few restaurants once you step out the hotel, just a 2 - 3 mins walk to Sunway Pyramid. Room was clean were my 1st thought while entered, but saw a cockroach on the last day of my stayed. Need to do pest control as few eateries around. The bed is quite comfortable but there's weird noise whenever moved or turned on the bed. Bathroom were modern and nice, but water spill around whenever finished shower, seems like whole bathroom will be flooded due to the design of the shower area. It's good that they have a window in the bathroom which can open and let the air circulate. Cuckoo water dispenser provided with jug, it save a lot of money to buy water. No safe box in the room. The sound proof of the room is a very bad thing which got a dislike. It's really bad, whenever people walked around, opened and closed their door, can even heard the air-con "on" in the next room. My deluxe queen with window room near the road side, can heard some car with big exhaust "vroom vrrom" during midnight, truck unloading certain items as there's road repair or something going on. Some renovation nearby as well, they start to work as early as 7am+. Can't have a good rest. But overall still not bad.…

I stayed there for a night. The location is great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room had a nice feel to it. But the lock was almost broken so I ended up spending a disturbed night. The mirrors in the bathroom did not pass the finger test. It was a no smoking hotel but my room was filled with the smell from cigarettes. I know some guests can't be stopped from doing it, but this could have been checked before letting it out to another guest.
