The Hotel is located next to a mall which is very Convenient. Check into 315 on 29 June 2023, at about midnight and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. The lobby is quite modern and very unique with SunTze Art of War wordings on the wall and carpet. The entire process was smooth. The room is quite spacious. They have in-room dining however it ends at 10 pm. The only set back is there isn’t much place close enough for supper. The rooms comes with amenities, safe box as well as iron and iron board which is good for me as a business traveller. They have also a working desk however personally I feel that the light is too dim. The toilet came with a bidet. The water pressure is good however the water is only luke warm to my liking. I tried calling the operator and to my surprise the automated machine asked for call back as I was leaving the hotel I went to the reception to inform her about the hot water and my aircon filter requires cleaning see picture and left the hotel but when I returned in the evening it seems that nothing was done. I called the operator the next day but no one answered the call. I proceeded to the receptionist once again and told her both the water and auto no issue and she asked me if I will be in my room I told her yes after waiting for an hour, no one came! Housekeeping services was excellent throughout my stay and the room attendant were all very friendly as they greeted me whenever they sees me except the grouting in the bathroom needs some major cleaning. I went to the restaurant for breakfast for 4 days only saw one hostess in black polo T on my last day but she was busy with her phone. Proceed to the restaurant but no one actually greeted and ask if I needed help so I just went straight to the buffet and take my food and after taking my food, I just looked for an empty table and sat down realising there is no cutleries so I proceeded to the side station and took the cutleries myself and this happens for 4 days through my visit to the restaurant “very consistent indeed.” The first day I have to wave to the guy chef in white for my eggs as he was busy preparing his Mis en place but he seems very hostile. After ordering I went back to my seat and continued my breakfast. Then I proceeded back to the egg station and asked for my eggs. The next 3 days was a little different, the young female chef was a lot more friendlier though I need to go back and take my eggs. The nasi lemak didn’t come with Chili? I asked the ground staff and was told to take from the Ayam nasal merah I was shocked! I thought maybe they ran out of chilli but the next 3 days there was it any chilli either perhaps I have to take chilli from the spicy squid and etc… the menu seems to change everyday though not major but appreciate it coz I stayed there for 4 days. Food is relatively good but the replenishment is very slow. One of the day saw the chef I supposed he is a superior with a mask half down the chin walking around not very slightly in my opinion and doesn’t look friendly at all. Overall this is a nice hotel with nice hardware but lack of the software otherwise it will be a great hotel.

Room Tip: Service lift is quite busy during peak hours longer waiting time. The mall is a stone throw away...

Terrible standards. AC not good. No hot water. Safe didn’t work. Mould. Ceilings in halls had holes in where water had leaked through. Some still had water coming through. Reception dilapidated. What more can I say? Stayed in 2020 and was fine. Maybe they are having financial difficulties but not fit for purpose now.

Please avoid this hotel. Unclean, poorly maintained. Mouldy walls and ceilings. Dirty, unwashed surfaces. We will be cutting our stay short to stay somewhere much cleaner. Such a disappointment. Wish the person who had booked at worked had checked the reviews before we stayed.

We stayed here for 2 nights from 22-24 Jan 2023 and enjoyed the shopping areas conveniently attached to the hotel without having to step out in the rain. There are all kinds of food establishments, shops, coffee places etc. The hotel rooms are generous in size as is the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was alright although we felt there could have been more voices especially for the cereals and fruits selection. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Perhaps the wi-fi could be extended to the lower ground ( LG) as well from where one is picked up and dropped off by taxi. The 2 elevators could also benefit from an upgrading as they are a trifle slow.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT GOOD LOCATION. I would give zero stars if I could Only good about this hotel is: - close to train and shopping area. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life. Check in process: -No porter service so you need to be prepared to bring your own bags up and down. -Staff who checked is in was nice enough but didn’t want to give us more than one room key saying he didn’t have any others!!!! It was dinner time when he checked in and he claimed no other room keys. When we went to get a second key it was torn and had sticky tape to hold it together. Rooms: - Rooms are so old and dated. Holes in walls, hand marks everywhere, peeling carpet, water stains in bathroom. - Mattresses are so hard feels like sleeping on a plank. - Lighting in room is atrocious. So dim and dark (probably to hide all the horrid ness of the room). - Only one bathroom in a family two bedroom even though they advertise it as having an ensuite. - Toilets did not have enough extras like shower wash, shampoo etc. Considering I paid MYR $600++ per night for a family room .. they didn’t provide enough for a family of four. I feel I was ripped off! House keeping: -He was accomodating and provided things on request. -Bathroom always had water marks . Breakfast buffet: - local food was decent. - eggs were pathetically cooked. - Bread and rolls tasted stale. -do not add on breakfast as it’s better to head to the shopping centre and get something there Extra facilities: NONE!! -They advertise having a gym and a pool but that’s an outright lie!!! They used to have a contract with fitness gym to use their facilities but they don’t anymore. -When we asked at check in the staff said ‘ohh it’s under renovation’. We went to the fitness gym and they told us that the hotel lost their contract with them due to some issues. Why is the hotel lying about this and advertise in this!!!?? That’s a rip off as I paid for a place to have the extra facilities.

Are housekeeping non existing? Room was very very dusty, mouldy ceiling and walls, musty smell, and some surfaces seemed oily. Is this even a safe place to stay? I doubt it! Nobody ever answered our call, practically like a self-service hotel. No high management in presence, don't hotel practices having managers to walk around and check the standards and quality and especially cleanliness? I didn't see any! Definitely not returning. Saujana, despite being a much older hotel, serves us better. Even better, just go to Clio Sunway for much better stay. This placed used to be a gem. Now an eyesore. Need better management.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Very good location. There is a mall attached and so many food choices, that we need not go far to get our meals especially in this rainy weather. Theroom was clean and the housekeeper Hussein does a very good job. There were no bedroom slippers, toothpaste/brush or shower caps provided. We had to call and get it sent to our room. The room service food we ordered was horrible!! Cold, frozen food. Safety is not considered. The shower area gets very wet and slippery after we shower and we had to very very careful when we come out of the shower. I sincerely hope the management will look into these shortfall and rectify it, as otherwise this hotel would be very popular.

I had been stayed in many 4 star and 5 star hotel in Malaysia or oversea but I never see the bad attitude staff here. We went down for breakfast at 1015am and the breakfast will be end up at 1030am. Still have 15 min leave I found that most of the food had finished and no replenish. Ok I understand it almost close so I took some other remaining food to eat. While I enjoying my breakfast one of the staff came to my table and told me that it will end at 1030am, I said ok, I noticed it. Coz I took some food to eat it should gave me some time to eat and swallow. 2nd time when I almost finish, he came and scold me like wanna me to leaving now and he said he got lunch setting up. I told him that can let me finished my fish ball first as few in my bowl only. I not sitting nothing n chatting but I still eating. Why his attitude like this to their customer, it really very bad attitude and bad experience. I wanna to let the public and management know this attitude of staff should not qualify to work in this quality hotel. It damages the image of this hotel in the public eye. I never came across this type of attitude staff in 4 star hotel before. It really really bad. Hope management will have good training to quality staff and not this type of staff always rude and scold customer.

Photos do not tally with reality. Rooms are really dirty as if there is no housekeeping or daily cleaning done. Dust can be found on desk and cupboard surfaces. Some corners of the rooms have dirt accumulating over years. Some lights are not working causing the room to be dimly lit. Bathrooms are badly designed, potentially causing a slippery and wet floor - accidents will happen for careless occupants e.g. children or senior-citizens. Front desk staff are curt in responses when information given by himself before was wrong. Lifts provided are clearly not enough to cater for a hotel this size and not to mention the EXTREMELY SLOW lifts.
