This business hotel, priced reasonably, is not for those looking for romantic or luxurious accommodations (I will recommend The Majestic for such expectations). In fact, the lifts move slowly, and the breakfast buffet, offered for a ridiculously cheap 1ringgit top-up to the room rate, is nothing great. However, the hotel is convenient; it is located beside a popular mall with many restaurants, sundries stores, bakeries, cafes, massage and beauty shops. Furthermore, the hotel is not far from a train stop, has ample parking, decent sized rooms, and has a tie-up with the Fitness First branch in the adjacent building (so one can work out for free in a great gym while booked in the hotel).
Stayed here twice, and will consider returning the next time I visit Subang Jaya.

Stayed in the premiere essential king room. Check in was smooth and quick. The room itself was very spacious and well designed Amenities were good. Had some trouble with the air-conditioning twice but maintenance was quick to resolve the issues. Bathroom was nicely sized with good water pressure and amenities like hairdryer etc. Bed was comfortable. It's overall a comfortable stay and value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Very good location. There is a mall attached and so many food choices, that we need not go far to get our meals especially in this rainy weather. Theroom was clean and the housekeeper Hussein does a very good job.
There were no bedroom slippers, toothpaste/brush or shower caps provided. We had to call and get it sent to our room. The room service food we ordered was horrible!! Cold, frozen food. Safety is not considered. The shower area gets very wet and slippery after we shower and we had to very very careful when we come out of the shower.

I sincerely hope the management will look into these shortfall and rectify it, as otherwise this hotel would be very popular.

Are housekeeping non existing? Room was very very dusty, mouldy ceiling and walls, musty smell, and some surfaces seemed oily. Is this even a safe place to stay? I doubt it!

Nobody ever answered our call, practically like a self-service hotel. No high management in presence, don't hotel practices having managers to walk around and check the standards and quality and especially cleanliness? I didn't see any!

Definitely not returning. Saujana, despite being a much older hotel, serves us better. Even better, just go to Clio Sunway for much better stay.

This placed used to be a gem. Now an eyesore. Need better management.

I had been stayed in many 4 star and 5 star hotel in Malaysia or oversea but I never see the bad attitude staff here. We went down for breakfast at 1015am and the breakfast will be end up at 1030am. Still have 15 min leave I found that most of the food had finished and no replenish. Ok I understand it almost close so I took some other remaining food to eat. While I enjoying my breakfast one of the staff came to my table and told me that it will end at 1030am, I said ok, I noticed it. Coz I took some food to eat it should gave me some time to eat and swallow. 2nd time when I almost finish, he came and scold me like wanna me to leaving now and he said he got lunch setting up. I told him that can let me finished my fish ball first as few in my bowl only. I not sitting nothing n chatting but I still eating. Why his attitude like this to their customer, it really very bad attitude and bad experience. I wanna to let the public and management know this attitude of staff should not qualify to work in this quality hotel. It damages the image of this hotel in the public eye. I never came across this type of attitude staff in 4 star hotel before. It really really bad. Hope management will have good training to quality staff and not this type of staff always rude and scold customer.

Photos do not tally with reality. Rooms are really dirty as if there is no housekeeping or daily cleaning done.
Dust can be found on desk and cupboard surfaces. Some corners of the rooms have dirt accumulating over years.
Some lights are not working causing the room to be dimly lit.
Bathrooms are badly designed, potentially causing a slippery and wet floor - accidents will happen for careless occupants e.g. children or senior-citizens.
Front desk staff are curt in responses when information given by himself before was wrong.
Lifts provided are clearly not enough to cater for a hotel this size and not to mention the EXTREMELY SLOW lifts.

Nothing like the pictures. Rooms had a musky smell when we arrived. Furniture looked old and not maintained. Bedsheets and towels had stains and did not look laundered for some time. Lighting in room where also really dim which made the room uncomfortable to live in. Wifi was poor and hotel staff didn't really care that the wifi was not working in the room. We had two bookings at this hotel but cancelled and changed on the second leg because of how horrible the place is. The only good thing of the hotel is the location and mall downstairs.

We stayed here for 2 nights from 22-24 Jan 2023 and enjoyed the shopping areas conveniently attached to the hotel without having to step out in the rain. There are all kinds of food establishments, shops, coffee places etc. The hotel rooms are generous in size as is the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was alright although we felt there could have been more voices especially for the cereals and fruits selection. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Perhaps the wi-fi could be extended to the lower ground ( LG) as well from where one is picked up and dropped off by taxi. The 2 elevators could also benefit from an upgrading as they are a trifle slow.

The booking was done online via Agoda. The prices fluctuated from one day to closer to the actual stay. Although we were 3 of us staying in the premier dualistic family room but only 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, 2 teas were provided. The ceiling as we entered our room looked bad as if there has been a big leak and it was sagging. Time was precious for us and we did not want to deal with unneccessary calls to front desk requesting this that and the other. We just made do.
The room size was alright and clean bedsheets, unfortunately the bed skirting was so dirty with stains. Although we requested for a higher floor room, hoping it would be quieter, we heard the trains going past from where we were on the 8th floor. We chose to have all our meals next door at the Empire mall. We booked thinking it would be a good stay as it was rated 4 star. The quality and maintenance of this hotel leave much to be desired.

Rating it 1 star is already too much. It deserved zero.

This hotel does not appear to take maintenance seriously and the hotel is in a sad state of disrepair. I was staying here about 7 years ago and compared to the current conditions, I was horrified.

As first impressions are always important, the toilet on the lobby level are in need of repairs. The windows in the bedroom were moldy. The bed skirting covers were dirty. Also, the safe in our room was not working and despite requesting it to be fixed several times, nothing happened and seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

Finally, dont bother with the breakfasts.
