location wise is good as it is near to Taipan LRT station, which is within walking distance. However, there was a coffee (or tea?) leftover in a plastic takeaway in the room when I checked in, which could be left by previous travellers? or hotel staff? and the carpet flooring is kinda dusty, it kept me sneezing, and there was no slippers provided. I hope the hotel management would consider to change to carpet flooring to tiles and improve on their hygiene. overall this hotel is a budget hotel, can't expect too much from budget price. otherwise, hotel staff was polite and helpful.
Hotel claims to offer no-frills stay, oh what a way to say "Take-That-For-You-Get-What-You-Paid-For". Hotel rooms are dark, and stank of cigarette smell and mildew. Only 1 TV channel is available! No designated parking bays, so patrons would have to look for their own parking and purchase tickets to park cars. Avoid this hotel at all cost; opt for other hotels instead.
Enjoyed staying here for my long business trip . The staffs are very helpful and rooms are clean n had a peaceful sleep everyday except some noice of Neirbours making love ... but it was cool though 👍
Reasonably priced stay for school trips to KL. Pretty basic but it's sufficient. Food outlets can be found all throughout the day till very late at night. Great nasi lemak shops for supper, surprisingly very happening there.
Husband and me Stayed with another couple for 2nights. The rooms smelled of smoke initially but was better later. My room aircon was fine. My friend's room aircon was faulty and they moved to another room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bath towels are bad so I recommend BYO! Hot water pressure was excellent!
The first thing that hits you when you swipe your card to open the security door into the corridor to your room is the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. Despite some no-smoking signs, the rooms come with ashtrays so it takes little imagination to know what the guests will be doing in their rooms! I stayed cos the Inn was in a pretty good location and easy for our friends to find us and the rates were very reasonable. Less than RM180 for 2 nights is good value for money but take note that all rooms that come with windows have centralized air conditioning and at most times, that's not cold enuf cos you have no control. However, the staff is very responsive and will quickly plonk a rather powerful table fan for you to use when you ask for it. If you want room controlled AC, opt for the windowless rooms which come RM10 cheaper for those who are not claustrophobic. But ALL rooms smell of cigarette. The difference is just a matter of degree. The shower is acceptable but can take a long time to heat up as the heating is also centralized, I suspect a boiler system. But once it gets running, it's quite satisfying. Bed is good, clean and firm but some may find the pillows too soft. Despite its proximity to the main road of Subang Jaya, traffic noise is very tolerable, almost negligible. Security is adequate, with a proper access-controlled door both from the common areas and into your room. There's a night watchman too. You have to ask for hairdryers and the bathrooms are really very narrow but functional for one person - so no chance of romantic scrubbing of each other's backs!! Rooms are really small too. Luckily we travel light and it's got a proper table, tv, smallish cupboard with hangers (yes!) and even a tinny fridge. You cannot change the channels of the tv. It's controlled by the front desk, so you only have ONE channel to watch. WiFi didn't work the whole 3 days we were there and all we got was a "very sorry, internet not stable" from the front desk clerk. Thank goodness we were not Gen Y. After this, I'm gonna work harder and save more $$ so that I no longer need to stay in budget hotels like this one.…
I got a room with windows overlooking the main road. Clean rooms but room smell of cigarette. Lots of eateries around. Towels, shampoo and body bath gel are provided. Bad wifi connection. It was quite easy to hail a cab as its just a footsteps away from the main road.
Nice rates, but there are a few things that may deter more picky travelers. Smoke seems to percolate through the aircon vents. You can't control the aircon temp. There was a loud fuse box outside of the window rooms that clicks loudly on a regular basis. On the plus side, there are many amazing shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a park nearby where it is really nice to enjoy the azan at sunset. Overall nice, but not a luxury stay. We have stayed here twice and probably will come back as we need to be in this area of Subang Jaya.
I've got the window room which is around RM88, very worth it as the room is clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and will happily help when needed. It was very easy to call a taxi from the reception, I only waited a few minutes. No B&B obviously since it is a budget hotel, but there is a self service drinks bar where you can make your coffee or tea for free. Lots of choices of restaurants around the area. And the hotel is opposite the police station so I feel quite safe staying here. I will definitely come back to stay here again.
It is cheap! And staffs are friendly and helpful. However, rooms are old and dark. Substandard cleanliness, and u can smell cigaret smoke all over. The hallways are small and you can hear noise from the next room and down the hall.
