4 out of 5. Overall experience is good. Bed, pillows and other amenities but all rooms at the older wing really needed a revamp urgently. Location wise is strategic but need to pay a flat rate for the parking kind of pulls me off as it is free of charge last time.

I have stayed in this hotel and it has been a great stay. It is rightly located near Subang Jaya with easy access to Subang mall or Sunway pyramids. The rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet dinner is amazing. overall, a nice stay with friendly staff.

The hotel room is somewhat older but clean and well maintained.All rooms comes with balcony to sit outside day or night, having a drink and relax while enjoyed the city view at night. It is indeed relaxing. Everything was good and perfect the minute me and my wife walked in.The restaurant serves a good selection of food and very reasonable prices.All staff is helpfull and polite. Good job hotel team !

My family and I have been visiting the hotel for high teas, breakfasts, bùffet lunches, dinners and short vacays ever since i was in primary school and now im '30'. T'was Sheraton and now Grand Dorsett... how time flies. But the ambiance and hospitality of the staffs there only kept getting better year by year... there was indeed a big pause to the frequent visits due to covid but we were happy to indulge in the Christmas 2022 Hi Tea and I would like to specially mention the hospitality and never failing kind gesture of Mr Victor who has literally been the best host throughout our years of visting the hotel. A big thank you to Mr Victor who deserves the best for what he does for us, not to mention for all the other guests too... he always makes us feel very welcome and at home. We love the food, drinks and the environment at Grand Dorsett! Thank you for always making us feel very comfortable and relaxed Mr Victor! We will be back very often now that the MCO has been lifted and covid finally giving us a break! Cheers!!! #therajfamily…
