Hotel was okay with a number of facilities like swimming pool and spa. Room is spacious with its normal amenities. However, a couple of things need to be improved to maintain its reputation.

Housekeeping chores need to be monitored as we find the washbasin cover faulty but not replaced. Cleanliness of the washbasins need to be improved too. Air conditioners in some rooms are not functioning properly.

The worst experience is the parking coupons. We have to pay for it first before claiming it back from the hotel. That's not all. An amount of RM 2.00 is deducted from each parking ticket when you claim it from the receptionist. It's queer and this reflects badly on the hotel's customer service department. Guests have to pay for parking in Summit building?
Wow, if that's their policy, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

This was my 2nd stay here within the same year (2019), and I also booked the same room type as well in order to cater for my entire family (i.e. Superior Queen). The pricing was extremely competitive (even during the year-end festive period) and it was a fair value for money based on the spaciousness of the room plus the overall comfort level. In addition, this time we also tried the in-house buffet breakfast, at an extremely reasonable price of only RM20 per pax.

The only major issue that we encountered was that the air-conds in the room were relatively cold... even after we had set it to the highest temperature. Other than that, we were happy with our stay overall.

Midway through 2 week quarantine. Room bright and spacious. Interesting Window view helps pass the time. Meals varied and healthy (plenty of fruit and vegetables included) - some tasty local dishes included. The metal cutlery we were supplied with at the start is much appreciated (reduces the plastic waste from each meal).

Although the windows are sealed, the air conditioning works and can be controlled from the bedside (i switch off when i feel cold), so ventilation is bearable.

Hotel wi fi not strong - if you’re trying to work, you’ll need your own data package.

I paid for a standard package - so it’s good value.

A comfortable stay.

Check in this hotel in June for one night stay. The hotel and rooms were run down and seems no maintenance job has been carried out. The room was big but dirty and dusty. Hotel management should clean up the rooms and corridor even the lifts before accepting booking. The breakfast served was terrible and no replenishment. When the item inside the menu finished, the kitchen just replaced with Fish Ball??? Paid a hotel buffet but having fish ball as breakfast. Cups and water glasses were not enough and replaced with paper soup cup and paper cup. What type of hotel is this ? Absolutely no service at all. After the lock down and when starting the business again, please check and ensure the facilities are clean and ready for business.

Came here at Level 5 @ Lambain Bonda Buffet for Iftar @ open fast. The place is overcrowded with people. The food can be rated normal and the crowd just too overwhelming. Its preety much long que for every food that's available. Lack of proper planning and overated in the social media as a location for Iftar @ berbuka puasa. This place turnout to be a like wedding ceremony function not like a proper restaurant buffet arrangements. Management should limit patrons and improve food quality. Hopefully some improvement could be look forward..

Front desk receptionists were not well trained. Housekeeping were very good. Concierge was helpful. Near to all shopping mall and college. I consider it a 3 stars hotel. Booked a good rate with agoda. Nearby to lrt train. Easy access to all food.

Rooms are good, Clean,Maintenance appears to be poor. Room service horrible.
Only good thing is the location.
If anyone think of staying in this Hotel, do not book B & B. Always good to go only with the room.
WE were staying for 6 days and all six days breakfast is the same.Though we paid for the breakfast, for last three days we avoid the food and had all our meals elsewhere

Room is spacious and clean. Provided all the necessary amenities including daily newspapers. Welcome drink is provided. Only the aircond is quite cold and bathroom does not have separate shower area. Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.

There is no Mass Rapid Transit or Light Rail Transit to Sunway Lagoon yet. You"ll need to get there with your own transport or using public transport like bus or taxi. Hope it answer your question if I read correct what you are trying to ask.
