We always stay in this hotel even before the pandemic. The best customers service by Ms Cheryl. From the check-in to the airport transport. She’s indeed the best here. Facilities are good too. Big room and clean. We will definitely go back..

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Bedroom is spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay with family. Staff was very hospitable and I would like to thank to Mr Zac at front desk on his hospitality efficient, pleasant and helpful person to assisted me during checkin. Also, he manage to get me a two family room that connect to each other kudos to that.

Must say this hotel is a 3 star at best rooms need up dating ,the hotel like a cattle markets so busy `breakfast you after use the hotel next door ,expect to que up and make your own coffee ,breakfast average for curry lovers you love breakfast ,for bacon lovers there’s none ,the hotel as a water park which is so expensive and is scruffy ,need a taxi to get any were ,we wished we stayed in Thialand ,

This review of 2 star is purely on my experience at the fitness centre or gym. Was bit surprised to see that Sunway Pyramid hotel does not have their own gym. One need to go to the Sunway Resort Suites for accessing the gym. Also the equipment are so outdated, not working, ropes of weight machines are torn. No maintenance is carried out it seems. With such good rooms, good foods , good ambience, it was expected that the fitness centre will be world class. Was disappointed. Time to improve it please.

Hotel is well located, shopping mall is just at Level 1 making dining and shopping very accessible. Bedroom is spacious but toilet is abit cramp. The sofa chair was also very comfortable but would be better to have a bigger table for working. Bed was too firm for my liking. Breakfast is not included. Overall it is acceptable for a short stay.

It was a surprise to me to see the balcony studio room. I didn't expect it to be isolated and old. Pricewise may be it's good. Luckily duty manager (zach) manage to get me a family room in the new building. Otherwise ideal for Sunway lagoon and shopping

We were very happy with this hotel. We were steps away from the convention hall. As part of the Sunway Pyramid shopping complex, there are many, many shops available for most of the day. Very nice sized hotel rooms. The bathroom was very big. The water was hot each day. AC worked very well. The blackout curtains worked well. We personally were very pleased to wake up to Fajr prayers every morning but some may find that to be annoying if you didn't need to be woken up early. Our bed was very firm (just the way we like it). Most of all, their breakfast buffet is one of the best restaurant breakfast buffets I have ever eaten at. They cater to Western, Halal, Chinese, Indian, and Vegetarians --- the selection felt endless. No pork products but they had very good beef substitutes. We want to go back just for the breakfast.
