Only 5 minutes walking distance from Chinatown. Free parking behind the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and has good lighting. The reception was friendly too. Strategic place to stay and explore the town.
A new hotel that is off to a good start with a great location walking distance to Chinatown, convenient free parking behind the hotel, spacious clean room with free Netflix on TV, good hot water pressure in the bathroom and affordable price on weekdays. Will come back.
Arena Boutique Hotel is new and strategically located. The free wifi service with password is provided. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. A refundable room deposit of RM50 is required. The hotel has lift to access higher floors. Outdoor private parking is located behind the hotel. We stayed one night in a Deluxe King room. We found the air-conditioned room spacious. It has a ceiling fan too. There is a writing desk and a chair. We were provided with two sleeping pillows each. The king bed was comfortable to sleep on. Room amenities included two complimentary bottled water, bedside lamps, flat-screen TV, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, hangers and luggage storage area. There is a full-length mirror found opposite of the ensuite bathroom. A total of five power outlets in the room for charging various electrical gadgets. I love the big round mirror found in the clean ensuited bathroom. There is a washing basin, a hot/cold standing shower and rain shower, toilet, hair dryer, body towel, and floor mat. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are provided. We had a peaceful quiet night. We highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Kuala Terengganu.…
I am very happy to say that this is a good place to stay. Affordable, clean and very spacious and comfortable. Very much recommended. Don't hesitate to book this place, if you're going to stay for more than a night, because it is worth a few night stay. Walking distance to few good spots to eat especially to China Town.
Stayed here one night as a stopover before proceeding to the islands. For the price I did not expect much and was pleased to find the hotel spanking new and clean with modern interiors. Was told that this hotel was only eight-month old after refurbishment and a change of management. Location was also very good - a short walk to Chinatown and the Waterfront. Plenty of meal options around. Hotel parking (open air) is located behind the buiding. Just need to drive around the shoplots. Will definitely stay here again.
