My first visit to Morocco is in Oudja, a small city in eastern part of the country near the border with Algeria. The hotel is highly recommended but not really that good. Having stayed previously in similar small north african cities in algeria in nearby oran and in batna, I already knew the quality level of hotels available but definitely...

The staff are wonderful, professional, and very helpful. The lobby and grounds are lovely. The location, across the street from the old city, is ideal. Rooms facing the medina have the best view in town. But there were cockroaches and a few other bugs in my bathroom. My room was certainly run-down. Nonetheless, there are a lot of positives about...

I only stayed here one night. My room was pretty standard and seemed to be clean. AC worked just fine. I had a pretty nice pool-side view. The breakfast and dining area is nice. Local artists' work hangs throughout the hotel. Friendly staff, mostly french only. Breakfast looked like it was a good spread, but I was sick so I...

Just spent an amazing 2 weeks holiday at the Atlas Orient Hotel in Oujda, Morocco. It is an absolutely beautiful, clean, gorgeous hotel. Suitables for all ages as it has an outside swimming pool and a smaller children's pool, also has a Jacuzzi, spa treatment room and hairdressers all on site. A lot of business men used the hotel so...

I arrived in May, not a good weather, outside 12°C. In the room just a little bit hotter. The heating system was not working. I asked to the reception, and the answer was that the central system was moved on cooling mode because was May, so it was impossible to have the heating on. I entered in the room, and...

Located in the centre of town, close to the Medina.Don't expect the 4 star standard you're used to from european hotels.staff is lazy, facilities in the bathroom can be old or broken, breakfast okay although there's always something missing on the buffet, and if you ask for replacement you might get dirty looks and it could take forever to get what you desire.Considering the...

After reading the previous comments, I was truly expecting the worse, but it turned out to be a very good hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, WiFi is easy to get and fast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also very close to the city centre (5-10 min walk). I have not...

We were there and we are really disappointed : - Too much noise; we could not sleep because of the discotheque there - No Wi-fi : very bad signal - Staff unprofessionnal: after showing us our room, the baggage handler did not want to leave the room before having money. They are also unable to verify internet bookings after 8...
