We are a family of three and stayed 2 nights in a spacious family room mid December. The room was clean and had everything we could wish for. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of choices and excellent quality. Bettiina, who runs the guesthouse, is very helpful no matter whether you need help with making dinner reservations, making a phone call...

The Cornerstone in Swakopmundt stands head and shoulders above most B&Bs that I have stayed in anywhere in the world. This delightful venue is as close to perfect in all respects. From the immaculately groomed gardens to the extremely tastefully decorated dining and lounge area to the extremely comfortable self catering suite that my travel companion and I selected, Cornerstone...

This is a real gem. Stayed for 2 nights in December - 10th and 11th - having booked some months ahead (very popular choice so best to book early) Clean, spacious, modern room with all amenities including face flannels and tissues (which we don't find in all guest houses and it makes a difference). Rooms have private veranda. Excellent breakfast...

I must say thank you to Betina, she was so helpful. She arranged our daily adventures, even helped me look for new accomodation when we decided to change the route of our tour. She even made dinner reservations for us. I must say wow!!!! We are not used to this high levels of services in SA. It was refreshing. We...

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in this appartment. It had absolutely everything you could wish for. Very nice, modern and light furniture, full kitchen, excellent beds, fantastic bathrooms, a little garden with nice garden furniture and direct views at the Atlantic. It even had a laundry machine, which came in very handy! And there was free wifi. The garage...

Cornerstone Guesthouse is quietly located yet within easy walking distance of the sights and restaurants in the delightful town of Swakopmund. We were warmly welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The 8 rooms are set in immaculate colourful gardens. Ours had a shaded potion with table and two chairs. The room was very comfortable and attractively decorated. There...

This place is classy. A brilliant attention to detail, lovely gardens, well appointed rooms and a cracking breakfast. They even give you a mobile phone to contact them at any time during your stay. This place could teach some swanky hotels a thing or too!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our travels through Namibia and of the 10 different establishments we stayed at, can honestly say that Peter and his team are the most friendly and caring we met (they even provide a mobile phone with emergency contact numbers). The guesthouse is beautifully presented both indoor and out as was the cold breakfast...
