A real oasis in the town, a beautiful garden to relax. The meals were absolutely delicious, the restaurant very beautifully decorated. The Service and the room were very good. The owner provided many interesting information about the country and the people. He was also very helpful to book the interesting tours available in the Swakopmund region.

With typical Swiss hospitality, we were made to feel extremely welcome by Sam and his staff. The accommodation was well placed to walk into town. The gourmet meals were enjoyed by all the guests and we would recommend Sam's Giardino to everyone

We missed nothing. Nice rooms, good beds, no mosquitos. Good breakfast, friendly staff. A lovely garden with beautiful birds and a fish pond. Could have been a little closer to the city centre, but the exercise of walking was goos for us.

My mother and I stayed at Sam's place for 3 nights. The place is absolutely amazing, and classic in style. The work that Sam's has made for creating a european class level of accommodation in the middle of Namibia is inspiring and worth a visit. Listening to classical music, drinking a glass of top quality wine from Sam's cellar, chatting...

We had chosen the hotels we wanted to stay at but tour operators could not get a booking for all the places the had chosen. Luckily they managed to get a booking at Sam Giardino which was on our list of choices...

No TV, fridge and coffee in the room. Got another place with all of it for R450 per day less. Good variety for breakfast, but got ants on a piece of cheese and bread not fresh. The staff are friendly and helpfull

I liked this small B&B in Swakopmund. It is only a few blocks away from the action, yet very quiet and with gated parking. The breakfast was excellent, and the room and grounds were more than adequate for our short stay. Very easy to find.

The room clean and comfortable. There are no TV in rooms but there is wifi. The garden setting is nice and the room I was in lead out to the garden through sliding doors. This will be great in summer. Dinner is a set menu and you can either have everything or separately as it individually priced. There is a...
