Mountain chalet rooms: very expensive considering the proposed service. Price is around 110eur. Rooms and bed are not clean. Toilets and bathroom are just in an unacceptable status (see pictures). Food is correct.

Resort is situated at the top of Jebel Shams mountain and offers variety of accommodation to suit everyone's expectation at the mountain. Food was simple but tasty, rooms and bathrooms clean. Staff is polite and helpful.

I took my two guests who were visiting Oman for a night stay in Jebel Shams, the place was recommended to us, and was completely arranged by their sales manager (Ms. Christin) who did a fantastic job with the arrangements, advises and directions. The location of the camp was perfect, right in the middle between the best sunset viewing deck...

We made the trek up to Jabal Shams Heights Resort at night. That was a problem for us because it was on a very steep dirt road with no lights. There were also limited signs so we weren't sure we were on the right road. Once we got to the resort it was lit up beautifully. We stayed in one...

Went with two friends for a night up the mountain. We were a little apprehensive as one of us had viewed it from the road a few weeks before. Do not be fooled. It is a great place to stay. The tents are comfy and have individual bathrooms with a toilet and shower. The mountain view rooms are beautiful and have...

Went here with my dad who works in Oman. The trek up here from Muscat was ok, dirt track road on last 11km with steep incline, not so good! Once we got here we saw the canyon which was amazing. Then went dark and you could see lots of stars. Food was basic, not a lot of choice, but Omani...

Good to stay for mountain tracking, come, have food and sleep. Food was good, tents were not that nice for the price. However, with family Villas should be chosen. Swimming pool with many other area of the hotel are under renovation.

Apart from the nature gifted location, climate nothing even worth speaking about!!!! The lunch served at an extra cost OMR 5.00 per person which was absolutely tasteless. The menu was rice, chicken curry, khaboos, a cucumber, carrot, capsicum salad with soft drink....what the hell, I could have eaten at a cafeteria for OMR 1.00 which would have been more delicious...

The Jabal Shams Heights Resort was one of our stops during 8-days trip around Oman with jabalshemstravel. The location of Resort is just splendid, the Canyon is breathtaking. Rooms are nice and cozy. There is swimming pool and dissent restaurant. We didn't payed directly to the resort, as we used travel agency - but I checked prices and it's reasonable....
