Check in time is 3pm and we arrived tire from Canada around 1pm like most hotels take in consideration there guest unless all rooms are stilled book. So get ready for $20 per hour if you want to check early so that was another $40 and if you check out 15 minutes past 12pm well thats another $20. There is...

We booked totally last minute and had a great stay... Rooms were super clean and freshened daily. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was a choice of eggs or pancakes, fresh fruit and juice, coffee, toast... all good The location was fab, easy to walk into the town.

The room was not that big but it was clean. Breakfast is very simple: a bowl of fruit, whatever juice they've made for that day, eggs and toast but the girls that serve it and also do the rooms are very friendly. When you check in they provide all the tourist information you may need whilst staying at Boquete. The...

On a main road but my room at the back was quiet. Was right off of the back patio so heard people who were enjoying the cool fresh air of Boquete (not a problem since I didn't stay in my room very much). Complimentary breakfast was basic but enough to get me started for the day. Staff were friendly and...

We spend two days in the hotel and get charge like 4 days, because the device for credit card wasn't working and we have to pass the card two times. OK that happens quite often but When I call to let them know so so they can cancel one of the charges, they don't want to even check their balance,...

This hotel is the former home of the abuela (grandmother) of the family that runs it. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. My room, off the back patio, was just large enough for the double bed and small table that was against one wall. The bathroom was roomy enough and had a good-sized shower. My "window" was a...

Stayed there one night, should have bothered to go the extra miles up to the mountains. The place is really noisy, no insulation windows installed. Some rooms are very small. Left in the morning for an excursion, asked them about how flexible they are on there 12 o'clock check out policy, the receptionist stated no problem, to my surprise when...

We had an upstairs front room which was very small and quite noisy with the traffic. There was very little space to put our luggage. I saw one of the downstairs room which was much more up to date and had a much nicer bathroom and more space. The breakfast was nice and cooked to order. The hotel is a...

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and the city center. I got a room facing the main road, believe me Main Road....It got noisy at night. Room was small and the TV maybe 14"......No A/C, but Boquete nice.
