A nice place with very nice people working there. A new hotel in a city needing sidewalks. I think it's safe to say that just about anywhere in Panama outside the Canal Zone, is in need of basic infrastructure !

This is a nice and comfortable hotel relatively close to the town center of Boquete. In general, it was charming and convenient, with very friendly and helpful staff. But there were some things that detracted from the experience: First, the actual room was quite small -- basically, the bed, small night tables, and a desk, with no room for a...

Casa Abuela has the best breakfast in Boquete and it's free when you stay there. The room was very nice and the staff was all very professional and willing to help with anything you needed. But I must say once again that they serve the greatest breakfast you could ask for. Omelets, pancakes etc. I would definitely stay here again....

This was my second stay here. A charming place located just off downton Boquete, with helpful staff and all your basic needs. From La Abuela, you can walk either to town center, or uphill to many of Boquete's most interesting trails. There is no restaurant, but they offer simple yet plentiful hot breakfast. The staff are eager to help you...

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Location was ok at the edge of the centre of town. The room really felt like you were staying in someone's casa! It is about 500m to Cafe Ruiz and a walk away from the town square where you can sign up for all the outdoor activities available in...

We stayed here for a week, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was basic but comfortable, and our only small complaint was that the water didn't stay consistently warm for an entire shower. The breakfasts were very good, and the hotel staff is friendly and kind. I definitely recommend it, and I liked especially its location relative to...

Just every now and then, while traveling, there is going to be a bad experience. So what. But this time I believe it is important to tell fellow travelers what to expect. Here you go: 1. Very small room with old and dirty bathroom. That would pass for me, but what adds to it: 2. The rooms must have paper-thin...
