stayed here twice for work, mixed experiences, neither great. once no hot water and no heating, another with decent water. old rooms and furniture, but Juliaca has very little to offer and I was happy to be in a safe hotel and relatively warm compared to street temperature! but I've since stayed in better hotels. bathrooms were old and dirty... I stayed there for 1 night bc I arrived late in Juliaca and thought it wouldn't be safe to get to Puno at night. Turns out I was wrong; everyone who arrives at Juliaca immidiately takes a certified cab or shuttle bus to Puno. The hotel is old and not worth the money, but as there are no better hotels... More

Trying to make the best of a bad situation, I asked the airline representative which... More

Unfortunately this is the quality of the only 3 stars hotel in Juliaca!!! (you pay what you pay not because of the quality but because it is the only option available in this town). Too sad to spent a night there...

Nice enough hotel in a very central location in Juliaca. Only downsides we found was the shower did not have much in the way of hot water, the water smelt a bit funny and the room was cold (however, those things are par for the course in budget accomodation in Peru). They did give us a heater but the room... More
