The reason we are rating this hotel as average and not poor is because the food in the restaurant was decent enough. The room was dated but we could have lived with that but the noise from the roads outside was continuous. It felt like we were on the side of a motorway, to make it worse there was an... More

We were booked into this hotel after a flight cancellation. We had given up a night in a gorgeous boutique hotel for this place (clearly not by choice). Given the reviews I thought it might be okay but it was dreadful. Our door did not lock, windows did not lock, no hot water (I mean zero - zip - zilch),... More

Checked in on a Tuesday because we were interested in spending time in a hotel with a pool. The pool was being cleaned on Tuesday night, front desk said it will be ready tomorrow. Come Wednesday the pool was still not ready. The front desk promised me it will be ready Thursday. So I changed my flight, and on Thursday... More

Spent the last night of our trip in Peru at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The room had a nice tv, air conditioner, and big bathroom. There is a trick to the hot shower, however, once we got it working it was amazing. The hotel provides a great buffet breakfast with plenty options that will satisfy anyone's needs.... More

The room is much nicer than expected-very clean, ac works great (and quiet). Front desk was very nice. They will pick you up from the airport if you let them know when your flight is arriving. If not, someone at the airport will call them for you. Bring small bills for tips

We were visiting Puerto Maldonado with our 3 younger kids and after staying at a jungle lodge (which was great but hot!!!!) we found this hotel to be a cool relief. The air condition and the pool were great and the buffet was wonderful as well. We'd definitely stay again.

At the start we have problems to book the rooms because I must to insist three times by phone because they didn't answer my emails. If you have stay a few days in the city, you are in transit o planning to do forest tours this place is ok. The rooms are made of wood, so if you stay a... More

I would not recommend staying here if you are planning on seeing the Amazon. Book into one of the specialty lodges. The hotel is rated as one of the best for Puerto Maldernado which doesn't say much for the quality here. One the positive side, the room had a noisey wall air conditioning unit, cable tv, fridge, the food was... More

Great hotel, great rooms, the pool is perfect to enjoy with fam and friends. I decided to stay with some other friends in this hotel after our stay in a lodge. And it was the best idea. Quite close from the plaza, in a safe area. With so many options to do in the hotel like play pool table, hand... More

Cabana Quinta is a very nice hotel considering its location. Rooms are small, but clean. the bathroom was pretty big. There is a nice sitting area, good for meetings or Bible studies. They have wifi and TV (Spanish speaking of course). There is a small pool and a great restaurant where food and drinks are safe for "out of towners."
