The food is incredible. The excursions are fun and really interesting. Julio our guide was the BEST! We were his only travelers so he took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us understand the culture and all about the natural environment. Lots of couples and some families. Great to visit off season. Be prepared for mosquitoes. They...

I would have never dreamed of spending 4 days and 3 nights in the jungles of Peru, but this was an amazing experience I'd do again in a heartbeat! Imagine sleeping in a cabin with windows open, being awakened in the morning by monkeys, birds, and all sorts of wildlife! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel...

Fabulous place to stay in Peru if you want an authentic jungle experience. Resting right on the river and at the edge of the jungle, it is a wonderful place. Even better, it is a short walk to the Taricaya Conservation Center, where you can get a tour from the staff of the animals currently behind rehabilitated for release back...

Stayed 4 days 3 nights here in mid-October – was really humid with barely any rain other than to look at in the distance! I thought initially that this really wasn’t be type of thing, but I loved it. The Lake Sandoval trip (a paid-for extra) was one of the highlights – I thought they were crazy getting us up...

My wife and i visited for the 4 day 3 night itinerary. We were met at the airport, were taken to the office in puerto maldonado to drop our large bags and transferred to the port to get on the canoe. About 1.5 hours boat ride to the lodge. We were met by the staff at the lodge and had...

Loved this trip! We did 4D/3N lake trip. We were picked up from the airport as promised, and transported by boat to the lodges. The staff on every part of the trip were fabulous and friendly. The lodges were cute, a good size, clean and secure from the insects of the jungle. We had a lovely view of the river....
