I only stayed here for one night and didn't do any activities, so probably didn't get the most out of my experience. The setting is beautiful and the food was delicious. It was a nice place to lounge for an afternoon and Carlos was fantastic! I rated it lower because upon arrival half my room was unmade and the bins...

Booked the lodge via Carlos Expeditions who were very helpful. On return they even picked us up by car because it was raining, but it would only have been a 5 minute walk. Really nice people. The lodge was great, lots of animals to see and activities, lake Sandoval is close by. Food was also great. All in all a...

Located on the Master Dias river, this lodge is perfect for a few nights get away. Basic accommodation as expected in the jungle (note there is only electricity between 5-9, no air-conditioning or fans). All meals are included, no selection of menu, but the food is good and the portions are large. We had a passionate guide for the various...

David was an excellent guide. Taught us so much about animals and nature. Nocture walks, bird spotting, cayman spotting, monkey island, Sandoval lake (the most beautiful place ever!!!), and adventure stuff (zip line, canopy, kayak,....). The lodges were great and charming. There was a pool! Food was not so good (vegan was a problem). More activities would have been nice...

3 days two nights, activities were good, the surroundings and the jungle sounds made it feel like you were sleeping in the jungle. The guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative thing is that the bed covers were very stained and created a bad impression on entering the room the first day, the sheets were clean , invest in...

We met and liked Carlos, and really enjoyed our experience at the lodge. One of the best parts of our trip was our nature guide, Daniel. His amazing knowledge of the jungle came from his own life experiences. He encouraged us to learn about and respect the animals plants and birds we were finding. He is a fun and very...

We had a real good time with Monte Amazonico. For the most part, you are pretty well taken care of. You are picked up at either the bus station or the airport and taken to their little office in town to either finish paying, or what have you. You usually have to wait around for an hour or two, giving...

We spent 3 nights in with Monte Amazonico Lodge. The lodge is beautifully situated on the bank of the Madre de Dios river.
