We made an impromptu reservation here in June of 2016 due to some travel-plan changes. The owners are VERY kind & attentive people who treated us well. We got in late from La Paz, and they made special arrangements to let us eat breakfast later than the usual time so that we could sleep. They also helped us get signed... More

A nice room with hot shower, close to the lake, supermarket is across the street. Owners Nerman and Nora are very friendly, you get what you ask. The room is cols, but i asked for a heater, so i got it for free for the stay. Breakfast is good, and you can have it in your room. This couple also... More

Yes he did give us a ride when we arrived at the bus terrminal at 5:30 am and took us straight to the hostel, although it was a different hostel then he said (hotel Europa). That should've been a warning sign. He showed us our room and kept PESTERING us about some tour that we were not interested in, let... More

I stayed here one night in April, before continuing to Cusco. I was warmely welcomed and got help to pay the taxi, who could not change. They also helped with information that there was no morning train to Cusco the next day. They booked a bus for me and a 3 hours tour to the floating islands the next day,... More

Nice budget hotel. Private room and bath for the price of a hostel. Puno is cold so the staff put hot water bottles under our sheets. We thought that was awesome --- the kind of thing that makes a trip memorable.

We stayed here twice. It was very cold but the owner is really lovely and they provided hot water bottles at night. We found them a little pushy about their floating Island tours but there didn't seem to be any hard feelings once it was clear we weren't interested. Erratic hot water in the showers. Owner arranged a taxi for... More

Our party of six booked three rooms in this centrally located budget hotel. The rooms were small and basic, but they were clean, and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh! And it was located centrally. The rooms were freezing cold. Hot water was available in the shower only after waiting for about 10 minutes, and if you don't... More

Cold. Very very cold. That was our big con, there probably was no insulation and the blankets were thin. We wore many many layers. But it's Puno, so that's expected. They did provide a hot water bladder to stick under the blanket, but we probably should have paid the little extra and gotten a heater. We were traveling on a... More

I found this hostel by tripadvisor. I needed a place to sleepover, take a shower, store my things while traveling to Bolivian side of Titicaca. It fulfilled all goals. Young people at the reception are actually very helpful and friendly, but you need to make sure they understood your problem (and better speak in Spanish). The place is in the... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night with two friends (triple room). We got to Puno very early in the morning after taking a night bus from Cusco but managed to get some rest in an empty room before settling in to our actual room. It was a good size but not too many outlets. The bathroom was clean and... More
