The room is small and dark, but the hotel is well placed. Our room was in third floor, and there were other rooms in fifth floor (without elevator!). Because of the altitude it is a serious problem. The staff was friendly with us.

Puno in August is VERY COLD, it can reach -6 to -2 Deg celcius. Puno is also beautiful city that the surrounding unlock the most beautiful thing Peru has to offer ( Lake Titicaca, Silustani, etc). We chose Camino Real Turistico for 2 nights from 12-14 August. The location is superb, around 7 mins walk to its Plaza de Armas,...

Stayed here two nights but disappointed. It displays a Trip Advisor 2013 winner award which is puzzling. Quiet noisy location particularly in Saturday night although the central location is still good. Breakfast was very disappointing as it is extremely basic and nothing cooked as in other 3 star hotels. The choice was also very limited. Nothing is labelled on the...

Very convenient to the centre of town, restaurants and shops, this hotel is on a very busy and noisy corner. We ended up on the 4th floor, which was interesting every time we had to climb the stairs at altitude. Our room was freezing but we were provided with a heater when we asked and the room became cosy eventually....

The hostel is next to the central street of Puno so it will be a great place to stay if you want to explore the nightlife in Puno. The room was very comfy and cozy, although that night was freezing as hell in Puno. The staff is 24 hours available and it was very amicable and helpful.

Even knowing that it's always going to be freezing, they'll give a heater only if you ask for it. They don't have restaurant, just breakfast, it's more like a hostel playing to be a Hotel. On the other hand, location es grate, and the have really good deals on tour trips, they'd help you out!

The greatest advantages of the hotel are: central location and very kind staff. The location could cause some disadvantages during the weekends when they have the festivals. We stayed at the hotel over the weekend and could not sleep because of the parties - finished by 5 am. The room was big enough to function normally. It was quite cold,...

My friends and I stayed here a night. Very clean rooms, reliable hot showers, and very helpful staff. The only down side was that it is on a fairly busy street and close to a place that plays loud music. Some of us had a hard time sleeping through the noise. We ended up getting a room to shower before...

It's Well located and with a very helpful staff. The Breakfast was good. The room was ok. But the hotel appears globally very sad and dark, starting from the reception to each floor,it does not make you feel comfortable. Moreover, they have problems with MasterCard payment.

Great stay here, super friendly and accomodating staff and a comfortable room. Good prices and great service with booking tours. Great buffet breakfast (the best we had between 4 hotels in Peru). Great location - so close to restaurants, supermarket and souvenir shops. Wifi was a bit slow in the room... All up - we would definitely reccommend!!
