We arrived at this place after a long bus ride from Cuzco. The owner was nice enough to arrange a short taxi ride for us from the bus station. The small building is on taller side of the town, which means you not only gain a few more feet of altitude but also require a uphill walk returning to the...

We spent 2 nights at Kuntur Inn. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the boss and staff were very friendly. Moreover, The boss was very kind to help us to apply for Bolivia visa. The hotel was not far away from main square. It was good to have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

My husband, son and I stayed at Kuntur Inn while in Puno. It was perfect. Family owned, cozy spot just up the street from Plaza de Armas and Lima Street so quiet and a great location. Our large room overlooked Lake Titicaca and was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine. Owner — Antonio — could speak English and that was...

This hotel seems underrated to me. It didn't seem busy when we stayed there, but should have been! It's in a great location, just up the hill from the main square. When I say hill, I mean it, especially at altitude. We were huffing and puffing once we got to the top, and we consider ourselves in shape, but definitely...

This is a nice little hotel with basic but spacious rooms. We had a room with a view on the lake, which was beautiful. The owners of the hotel are lovely, available 24/7 and happy to help with travel arrangements and good advise on where to eat, which attractions to visit etc. The rooms have heaters and hot showers which...
