We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our tour, one night and then the 2nd night after our homestay. We had to pack our luggage just in case the hotel decided to change our rooms...but when we came back we were in the same rooms. The hotel offers free tea in the lobby and the wifi works best...

We booked online and were welcomed by this lovely older lady (who didn't speak English) who upgraded us to a bigger room (free of charge) since some of the rooms were still available. She booked our transfer to the airport and was even waiting together with us for the pick up! Breakfast was one of the better ones I had...

We stayed at the hotel a couple of nights. They were vey nice and very flexible. We were there during a strike and they really tried to help us to figure out of we could leave town the next day. The room was clean, the water ; it's simply a good family ran hotel for recovering after tiring trips in...

Good location in Puno with hot water for tea available all day. Room clean and fresh. Can get very cold so look for the heater in the room as using it for 30 minutes makes a big difference. Breakfast provided but I did not have it. Would be happy to stay again if in area.

Clean and helpful staff. It got cold at night and we had ask for a heater. The staff made us chicken soup when we became unwell. 😄no elevator, stairs. The hot water takes awhile but it does come. It's beside a school which can be filled with playful noise, so don't plan to sleep in.

Very attentive and helpful staff, rooms are nice with hot water and cable tv. Great location walkable to the main square and free wifi and nice buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Good mid range option.

I stayed here as part of a tour group. The room was dark and dingy and the hot water trickled from the shower so slowly it was hard to rinse soap off. Breakfast was very badly organised - first coffee but no cups or cereal bowls. When they arrived coffee was empty and when refilled and returned it was stone...

We stayed as part of a tour prior to a two day excursion on Lake Titicaca. The hotel is basic, but comfortable if you are only staying for one or two nights as it is also within walking distance to the restaurants. Only negative would be that the hot water was not always on - but after phoning reception it...

We stayed here with a grouptour for 2 nights. The hotel has no restaurant, breakfast is limited, and rooms have no electric heater (only on request). It can be very cold during the night. Behind the building is a school, what creates a lot of noise. There is always free coca tea. A drink very usefull against altitude sickness.

Stayed for 2 separate nights. The hotel is OK for budget but in South American winter it is cold at night when the temperature drops well below freezing with no central heating. The second night we discovered you could ask for a small electric heater from reception which helped. The location of the hotel is good although being next door...
