Would highly recommend this place for its decent prices, cleanliness, good shower, yummy buffet breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location (if you don't mind a little walk up a hill to get the heart pumping). Cable TV too.. Helpful during the rugby World Cup!
Otimo hostel , spacious room , large bathroom and hot water , all very organized , not to mention the wonderful view of Lake Titicaca , near all the nightlife of the city great restaurants everywhere, I recommend .
