This hotel is right in the center of town. An easy walk for visiting the park and shopping. The hotel is conformable and the breakfast buffet included was very good.Wifi was available but was a bit spotty. The staff was very helpful, and made the stay a pleasure. The rooms facing the main road were a bit noisy until midnight,...

Very good location. Walking distance to markets and Burnham Park. Most toiletries provided, except for toothbrush and toothpaste. Good wifi connection in the rooms. They provided a decent free breakfast buffet, with a different menu everyday. Mini-fridge and electronic kettle were also available in our room. Very good hotel for its price range. Attentive staff and relatively clean rooms. Definitely...

Hotel is very central and conveniently located. It is, however, paramount to living in a shopping centre with the smell of hot palm-oil cooking wafting up the staircase. Lonely Planet calls this a 'solid' option which is fair but only just. My room had no window. Lights were dime. TV remote didn't work properly. Bed sheets and towels were clean...

Apologies for the delayed review, but here it goes. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to everything despite its ranking and some not so good feedback here in trip advisor. Reservation was smooth, emails were send to reconfirm our room until we arrive in Baguio when I got a text message saying our reservation was cancelled since we...

We went up to Baguio just few weeks ago, when Pope Francis came in but went back to Manila in time for the Quirino Grandstand Mass, anyway, thanks to The Veniz, we had a good palce to stay. I am a frequent guest of this hotel and it never disappoint my simple taste. When in comes to location, Veniz is...

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel, a deluxe trio which has a balcony , and a superior trio , which doesn't even have a window. It was peak season, and I was fortunate enough to get a room . I appreciated the way they handled my reservation . No need for bank deposits or credit card guarantee, just a...

Booking was made by a travel agent in Angeles City. When I arrived I did not get the room I had booked but needed to pay the next higher level up on the 4th floor, which has NO direct access. You need to go via level 3 or 5. With luggage, this was not a very easy task. Room had...
