The price ($79 per day) is the best value in all of North America for the type of lodging, location and comfort being provided. A very inviting atmosphere that provides immediate and personalized customer service, fresh lemonade, continental breakfast, free parking and that warm smile that makes you feel at home.

We stayed along with extended family for our son's wedding. The management staff was so easy to work with. They helped me with guest bags and making sure family rooms were all together. They emailed me daily with new reservations for the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding. Our room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff really...

This hotel is the worst customer service ever. In fact, I wouldn't even classify it as customer service. We were trying to downgrade our room because one guest backed out. We were well within our 24 hours as stated in their cancellation policy. The desk clerk at the hotel was rude when we called and argued with us about what...

There was no where to sit outside and rest after a day of sight seeing; we were 2 senior couples who couldn't meet in the rooms because they were small and had no seating only a desk chair, so we wanted to sit outside. Misled greatly about amenities Hotel was clean. Man who was in charge of breakfast room was...

It's not the greatest of hotels that we've stayed in; but, overall, it was all right without any major concerns. The staff were friendly and informative . They even printed out info of some places that my wife and I planned to visit so that we had a hands-on guide. The room with a double bed was smaller than most...

An apparent mix-up in the reservation. I had reserved two double beds, non-handicaped, but I was given a handicap room with a single Queen bed. I was then given, the following day, a double Queen at an additional fee.

When we visited this hotel it had just been taken over by new management. Giver their welcoming attitude I'd expect the hotel to continue to improve. The advertised wine / beer tasting was not available because their liquor license had not yet been approved. The hotel is older but is pretty well maintained. The high points were the friendly staff...

We booked a room for one night at the inn for a wedding we attended. We were greeted warmly at the desk and although we weren't able to partake, we were impressed they had wine tasting that evening. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were friendly. Would recommend over a chain for the uniqueness.

Made a same-day reservation based upon the Trip Advisor reviews. The room was small but very adequate, and the breakfast was also adequate. We liked the area so much, that I just re-booked two nights for early October. The location of the Inn makes traveling to the various lakes very easy.
