Although the taxi always have a problem looking for the hotel but we stay here often. The staffs were attentive and nice. I like the japanese breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wifi is okay. Sometimes we lost the connection.

This January 2016, I made Herald Suites Solana as my home base whilst I travelled to different regions of the Philippines. I have stay with them before and I was satisfied with the room, amenities and service that they provided which is why I came back. For the duration of the stay, every staff of this hotel provided excellent and...

The staff were so good that I am loath to write anything negative about the hotel. However there were aspects of the hotel that I found less than pleasing. When looking for a hotel in Makati I was after one that had good reviews, a reasonable price, breakfast included, pool and gym plus free wifi. When reading the reviews about...

We were welcomed warmly and the staff were lovely. The room itself was really tired and in need of a freshen up. I guess it was ok on the whole - however - the Bed was SO uncomfortable!! We had springs in our backs and tossed and turned through the night. It was a shame :( The shuttle to Makati...

My overnight stay last September 17, 2015 at Herald Suites Solana was one of the best birthday celebration I had! To start of, the hotel booking was a surprise gift from my mom. We both don't have any idea as to where Herald Suites is located nor if it is a good hotel or not. But based on the reviews...

This place is big for asia. If you are the type who is going to complain about a shower over the toilet (which, dear people of the privileged world, is standard for a new place in asia) then this is the place for you. It was clearly built when they still had space and people to impress. It's clean and...

Experience was hell awesome~!! This hotel is way too under-rated and it should be a 4stars hotel(at least). Service from the hotel's doorstep was so delightful all the way till the end of my trip's stay. I will be back to this hotel if i were to be in Makati again.
