The rooms smell like it hasn't been occupied for 10 years we had to have the sheets changed and eventually transfer to a different room. The air-conditioner was a bit noisy. The lamps had busted lights. The vault was not working we had to have it changed. The whole building was gloomy, it gave us kind of a creepy feeling...

At first I thought we were getting a good deal because my Wife who is filipina told me this place was rather cheap. and to our experience. we found out why it was cheap. first of all, the service was very cheap. there was no service to begin with. the security guard was actually more...

SERVICE per se is very good.. DIVINE is very helpful, accommodating.. front desk staff including guards on duty always checks on us the entire 3days and 2nights of our stay which was appreciated. Airconditioned conked out during our stay but maintenance was fast enough to have it OK again. Hotel is conveniently located near restos.

We have stayed at the hotel and the ambiance is very nice. It reminds me of European design with a touch of filipino taste. The receptionist is very helpful and also very accommodating. The room is very clean and very quiet. I was not expecting of a bath tub in my room which has a cold and hot shower as...

Horrible Place to stay.My Japanese Business Partners and I booked here to stay for 3 night. I stayed there for 1 night only because of such a horrendous experience. First of all, The Staff from the Front Desk were very rude. Not very helpful nor were they professional. The Room isnt what it looked like in the internet. We even...

OK, let's start with the word 'suite'. Room is rather small with just double bed and minimal but adequate kitchen facilities. Decor overall shows they are trying, but non functioning air conditioner, partially functional radio and a shower that does not drain properly shows there is a way to go.

its a second review from me after 12 months and although the staff are lovely, the awkward bathroom design, awful Wi-Fi (hardly ever works) , TV was broke and AC would not reduce speed or temperature means I will try one of the many other hotels a 1 minute walk from this one. Its a shame really because the location...

It also floods when u shower (drainage is not the best) The Internet always cuts off. The TV always fuzzy (pink and green at...

We stayed at this hotel overnight for a business trip in Makati. While this is not a 5-star hotel by any means, we stayed in a deluxe room and for the money found it to be a good value. The location is the key to this hotel, just off of Makati Avenue on Jupiter Street. Just a few minutes from...

Great location in Makati, 10 mins from Green Belt and 20 mins from the Airport. The Service stands out in my mind and nothing was too much trouble, even the security guards were extremely helpful in getting the impossible taxi. The rooms are small and the breakfast is delivered to your room and yes it is basic, but all hotels...
