Recently stayed again in Durban for almost a week as a solo female traveler. They are a few on going renovations and they now have an elevator. Some rooms still have no windows. But for it's price, service and cleanliness still at a great value. For a female solo traveler this hotel is comfortable, safe and stylish to boot. They...

They had special deal because they were having construction and I read about it in tripadvisor review as well. But I thought I wouldn't be around the time and didn't matter. Actually, I think they had finished most of big construction and I didn't hear any noise at all. Elevator was already installed. Staffs are very nice and location was...

Room was small. No windows. Some construction noise. Location was central and adjacent to Burgos St. which apparently is well known and has some interesting bars located on it. Staff were polite and friendly. Restaurant and facilities are ok for a budget hotel. Plenty of food options nearby as well as 15 minute walk down Makati Road.

The hotel is nice for the price, under $30.00. The front desk staff is very cordial and friendly. There is a small elevator, the lobby is tiny. The room (307) is small but appears clean; it even has a window, but doesn't open. Only the basic amenities: double bed with foam mattress, (not memory foam), small desk with chair, safe,...

The staff is very friendly and also really helpful which greatly improved our stay. The clean rooms and comfy beds were nice. Only problem is the noise in the accommodation. And the fact there's a rat walking in the ceiling, it's disgusting assassins kept us awake!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay, very good value for money. Comfy beds with proper duvets, good air con, brand new renovated bathroom room. Excellent restaurants. Would be a 5 except the doors where not soundproof so corridor noise can be a problem, I would suggest the cleaners don't start until 10am as they often woke...

Not my first time in Manila and won't be my last so based on reviews here thought I would give this place a go for my 9 night stay. The Ugly. The current renovations are a bit intrusive and seem to continue 24/7 with some drilling at 3.30am The Bad. Room 410 which was the one I was given. A...

This is not my first time here. Each time I return, it gets better and better. The staff is very friendly and respectful. They're like family away from home. Recently an elevator was added. The attached restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. I will definitely stay during my next trip.

Everytime i come back the place changes, for the better! Its gotten a lot better and has now a more modern aesthetic. Rooms are still as clean as i remember it, a real value for your money! Makati avenue is not as shady as it used to be, so that's always a plus!
