This is my second stay in Copacabana. Both times I've flown in late to Manila with a flight to catch the next day. This hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport late at night. Hotel staff and security were friendly on check in. The hotel itself is nice enough, nothing special. Beds are a bit hard,...

Not sure why folks are complaining but I haven't stayed at a finer place for the price paid. Studio Suite was very large, with all the creature comforts. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The convenience of free wifi is the only minor setback at this property. Perfectly located for easy travel to the Embassy, Mall of Asia,...

Stayed in this hotel for the first time in September 2015. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staffs have been friendly and helpful. Location was pretty near to Mall of Asia and Cuneta Astrodome (a short taxi ride away). May be a little noisy but we didn't have any problem sleeping at night. Read many comments about the fact that...

Been here for a number of times whenever the family gets to Manila. We're always happy of the service -clean rooms, friendly staff, cozy swimming pool, good food and best of all accessible location (near airport). Location is also the downside, being along EDSA brings 24/7 traffic noise into your room.

Nice hotel we stayed here before me and my friends went to Vietnam since it is near the airport. It is also near Mall of Asia as well as great casinos like Solaire and City of Dreams, The outdoor pool is close by their restaurant and I enjoyed my breakfast poolside, A very big drawback is the wifi which is...

Check in was great....quick and professional. Lots of security on the door. Everybody has a smile and a "good day" for you. Hotel in general in older but good condition. Always people around cleaning and maintaining which is great to see. Good location...only an 8 peso jeepney ride down to the Mall of Asia. Use the public crossing bridge to...

Stayed here for 3 nights and most horrible nights I've had. The staff are friendly and food was okay. But with a couple days of no sleeps and arrived into noisy place, not ideal for people who are after peace and quite. We came with 9 other friends and thier room was in the back a little bit so they...

I used to stay at the Heritage Hotel next door (4*) but my fiancé at the time wanted me to cook for his mother and so she booked us into this hell hole. The place was disgusting, it was filthy and dark. I am sure that was so that I didn't see the cockroaches running across the floor when I...
