We stayed couple days in this nice hotel, close to airport and Mall of Asia, and glad we chose this place. Only 20 minutes to airport. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast buffet are ok.
I am very disappointed with this hotel and its staff. We have been staying at this hotel since 2014 or 2015 and you can see from your record how many times we have stayed at your hotel. I am working for a Travel Trade company...More
PROS: Location close to Mall of Asia, but aware that taxi driver are not too thrill about the short distance travel to MAO after being in line for awhile. So they charge double... we take GRAB ride instead. Clean, newly facility.
First of all, the hotel staffs are very courteous and hospitable. Our room was very spacious and even comes with a flat iron and ironing board. The CR is also big with a hair blower. It's just walking distance from MOA so we were able...More

I would love to answer your question, my fiancée and I stayed at Golden Phoenix for 6 nites so I'm almost certain of my answers being 90 percent accurate. We always ate late breakfast by going up at around 10 am, but almost positive it starts at 5 am. It's a wonderful breakfast by the way, has everything and more. As far as being served in your room, I'm almost certain I read they don't serve to your room, but I'm sure if you made a request they probably would. Anything is negotiable in Manila. But the staff at this hotel is great.
