Stayed here from 26-31 March and had a 2-BR suite. The room looks pleasantly renovated, bathroom was clean (master's BR bathroom has a tub, while common bathroom only has a shower area). Good service from the staff, polite and happy to help. Ordered room service from the cafe - vegetarian pizza and crispy binagoongan and they were both a delight,...

A very average stay. Even a 2 bed room suite is not that good. Hallway on the 22nd flr seems old and have a strong odor. Elevators looks so old and even I got hurt from getting out because it closes immediately. For the breakfast, its an okay service for the attendants. The food is okay too nothing to expect...

First, you can only use WiFi in just one or two devices even if you book a big room. Second, the wall is so thin you can hear the noise outside or of nearby rooms. Third, the rooms seems to have been renovated but still have that bleak ambiance. Fourth, checking-in and checking-out takes ages to finish. The Ortigas area...

It took us almost an hour to check in! Considering that we already have a prior reservation! When we got in the room the air conditioner in the masters bedroom is not working! It's freakin hot! It took them 2-3hours to fix it! And when i asked them if they can provide me with a late check out because of...

This was our first stay at the Astoria Plaza in Pasig City Manila. It was a very enjoyable stay. This is a RCI hotel and I can highly recommend it to members. Very central to major shopping complexes, as well as having a free shuttle to and from the malls. Lovely pool and cafe. The food was superb and reasonable...

The Hotel is very neat. It is close to major establishments including malls and restaurants. The hotel is cleaned everyday however, expect that a refill for galon of drinking water will cost you 200 pesos. There is a semi complimentary breakfast because you need to pay for 1 person to get the next person free. In other hotels where I've...

Booked a 2br suite with family and very satisfied with our stay. This is not the first time we checked in here and definitely won't be the last.
