    hello! we are planning to visit Aureo tomorrow evening. how can we get there since we will be arriving from Baguio using a private car. may we also know your room rates,especially the family room?thank you!
    Had the same terrible experience with them. Unless they change the management, I will never recommend this hotel.
    I think they are responding to the comments they are receiving here and improving those areas as they go. The customer service was supperb when we stayed. Probably the staff have already finished their training by then.

    Do you accept credit card? Visa, masters, amex?
    As far as I can remember they don’t if you’re referring to the security deposit. We booked through a mobile app and it the card was accepted. ATM’s are also far from the vicinity...but that was 2 years ago.
