Needs refurbishing, or a total make over. Quite pricey for what it has to offer. Only thing going for it is the location, right in the heart of the city. Other than that, not much going for it. No other choice though, the staff looked bewildered most of the time....

This hotel located near of the most common night life activities, center in the town. Near Malls, Church, Parks. Private rooms have own CR but the budget room (fan only) has a common Toilet/Bath - which need improvement badly. Payment options available.

They have wifi, room big for me...

Plus cockroaches and hard water marks. Don't dare to order their overpriced breakfast. 150 pesos for 4 thin slices of hungarian sausage and salt-overloaded eggs and fried rice. Stay here when in dire need of a place to stay.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Uno during the height of the Kadayawan Festival (August 17-21, 2016). It's location is great. It's at the center where public transportation was accessible and watching the parades was no hassle as they passed right in front of the hotel. The rooms were basic, one queen and/or two beds, a chair, a desk...

The room is very clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of the hotels in Davao City with solar panel. The solar panel as the source of hot water. You also have access to WIFI. 0.5 km away from Adevincula Shopping Mall.

I was booked here for a business trip. I didn't expect much given the price but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised given the positive reviews I've read. But no, it was as I had expected and slightly worse. Positive: (1) accessibility - in the centre of the city and walking distance to Ateneo de Davao and Aldevinco; cabs...

The hotel is easy to find, someone recommended this hotel for its affordable rates that's why we opted to stay for one night, much to our dismay the front desk officer on that night refused to check us in because we got there at around 2AM and early check in starts at 9AM. (Date: August 30, 2016) She just let...
