It is near Ayala mall. Due to near Ayala mall, I can choose kinds of restaurants for eating lunch or dinner.
The hotel is new and tiny. You can ask receptionist to book a shuttle to Cebu airport. It totally costs 800p. It is very cheap for me.
The only bad thing is that I booked triple room but the hotel provided toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, teabags and coffee for two.

After Boracay, revenge travel destination no. 2. Cebu island. We booked a one week holiday and 2 days was spent in the city in Parklane International Hotel . We choose this primarily because J is partial to carpeted room floors and sauna.
PROS:
1. Location just outside Ayala Center Cebu so easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
2. Room had all the trappings of a 3 star hotel. Comfy bed, hot shower, desk + chair, small ref, coffee making counter.
3. T&B had a bidet. Would have been great of a bathtub was available.
4. Sauna was a big plus. Most Cebu city hotels had non operational spa/sauna facilities as of our booking.
5. Simple but filling breakfast buffet.
6. Pool was compact but water was warm so workable.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. We indicated a special request at the time.of booking that we preferred a quiet room due to bouts of insomnia but we were still assigned a room facing the busy noisy road so our first night sleep was horrible. On day two morning we raised this issue at the FO and was given a mountain view room to transfer to after 2pm. A little hassle but commendable service recovery. Since we were out touring, they delivered our luggages to the new room while we were out👍.
2. Simple but fillinh breakfast buffet was the same every morning. May i suggest changing the unappetizing processed food ham to rotate a different protein daily...eg. fried chicken, tocino, bistek, etc. Small adjustment... Big win🏆.
In conclusion, for the pricepoint, I would still consider this hotel but first check if they have big functions coz getting an elevator could be a long wait.

I specifically ask for a quiet room during my booking but they still put us in a room right above an event hall which was very noisy. We asked to be moved to another room and they promptly provided a different room. A bit of hassle especially when we arrive late at night and tired from the trip.
The cable tv service was not working and safety box was broken but they are fixed right away. The first guy who setup our extra bed was nice but the next guy who setup the extra bed after we moved was grumpy.
When we went down to the restaurant for our breakfast, they said we already had our breakfast delivered to our room. Apparently, their staff mistakenly put our room number on someone else's room service. Food was great but would have been better if they have mangoes.
Overall, staff were friendly and room is clean.

Stayed here twice as we toured Cebu and Bohol, the hotel is very central to cebu City so banks and shopping malls are on the doorstep. The rooms and service are without fault and the Bruce Family from the Isle of Wight United Kingdom would highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff. Well done!

Unfortunately, my chance to stay in this hotel for April 2020 was lost due to flight cancellations and travel restrictions going to the Philippines and in Cebu, itself.
However, this review will be honoring the excellent service rendered by the people who attended me on managing my booking. Special Mention to Jeanjie Bastigue, the Online Reservations Agent, for her professionalism in responding to my mail even after the 48th hour. Well, we understand the traffic that she have accommodated and responded each and every hour was truly overwhelming.
And also, to Wella Saguin at the hotel's reception for the "assurance" she gave that my concern will be addressed in due time when I called for a follow up and allowing me to understand the current situation the world is currently facing.
As a hotelier, myself, I was truly moved heartily on how these people extended such an effort. These people, that they called as Kasaligan, are really the asset of this hotel. Still, we are hoping to be with in this hotel soonest.

Staff at front desk were not friendly and rude. The bathroom smelt like sewer drain, when asked to move rooms we were moved to a room without a Queen bed that still had the bad smell in the bathroom. The wifi cut out continuously. Very loud traffic noise from room. Only good thing that I could see at this hotel was the gym and door staff were very friendly. Would not stay here again.

This hotel doesn’t train its staff in customer service , as far a we could tell as apart from the manager and the concierge the performance of the staff was woeful especially in the forth floor bar/ restaurant. We found that the food was cold when it arrived at the table as it was cooked on the ground floor then relayed up to the forth floor, the food took a very long time to arrive and one of the meals was the wrong dish as the waiter took no notes. I thought breakfast was average and I could not recommend it. Overall they need to pick up their game and train the staff in what customers expect when they pay out hard earned money

I recently had to travel to Cebu City to retrieve an uncle with dementia and bring him home to Arizona.
Not being familiar with Philippine places, I took the advice of a Philippine local who suggested this hotel.
This hotel is located in what seemed the heart of Cebu City. The surrounding area is old, dirty and crowded.
The redeeming quality of the location of this hotel is that it is clean, comfortable, hospitable, and safe for Americans. There is armed security in front of the hotel at all times.
I would suggest getting a room that offers the breakfast. The breakfast itself is good and the staff is very attentive.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be back, but I would recommend this hotel for Americans travelling abroad.

We stayed in this hotel for two seperate nights. The pool was closed the first day we were there and the hottub was still closed the second day about a week later.
Still, the hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are big and clean, especially the bathrooms. The roomservice and restaurant in general were excellent.
Would choose to stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights after new year's day and we had a great time. The location, the room, and the amenities were great. I was just wondering why no one came to clean our room even though the hotel was not busy at all. (They eventually came to clean after we called them to do so). Also, not sure if they cleaned the carpet. Nevertheless, our goal was to relax and spend quality family time and I believed we have achieved that.
