If you are looking for a good, centrally located hotel in Cebu then look no further. Summit Galleria Cebu is conveniently located beside Robinsons Galleria mall (you can access the mall through the hotel restaurant located in the lobby). It’s very good for when you forgot to bring something for your trip, or have simply nothing planned for the day and you wish to walk around and window shop. You can also visit other malls or attractions which are around 10 to 15 drive from the hotel. The staff were amazing. They were super nice, attentive and efficient. Check-in and check-out was fast and hassle-free. The room I stayed in was a double room(which came with breakfast in the room rate). It was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. If you like to exercise you can use their gym which is conveniently open 24hrs or take a dip in their indoor pool. Overall, I had a great stay at Summit Galleria Cebu and would definitely go back. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Cebu.

Perfect location with direct access to Robinson’s Galleria mall makes this my go-to hotel from now on when visiting Cebu city. Warm welcome from Front Desk staff and we were allowed to checkin early as our suite was ready when we got there and we very much appreciated this. Awesome spacious Mango suite and great amenities with a microwave, a Nespresso machine, 2 flat screen TVs, a bath tub. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s Providore restaurant and loved it... delicious food and reasonably priced, we also really liked the staff members working here.

There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants and a food court in the mall. If you need your foreign currency exchanged just go into the mall via the restaurant, go down the escalator and it’s right there - very convenient!

Looking forward to our next stay!

My family and I stayed in Summit Galleria for 3 nights and 4 days, I really like the lobby set up and how the guards greeted us whenever we come in. First thing that we did after we checked in was look for a good restaurant to eat because we were exhausted from travelling. We tried to eat in Providore! And let me tell you, from their set up, menu manual, staff, service (very customer centric), not to mention the ginger bread design!! and most definitely the quality and servings of the food are amazingly incredible! We ended up having our breakfast buffet everyday in Providore while we stayed there! 😅 Very good guys! Will definitely recommend you to my friends, family and colleagues. Well done, Providore!

Stayed for 4 days and 3 Nights. Check in was a breeze. Courteous bell service team. Room was ok.
A bit of a tiny problem with housekeeping but ‘‘twas resolved quickly. Maybe front desk or housekeeping should inform guests about which buttons to press to have the room made up.
Comes with complimentary breakfast but here’s the thing...
Breakfast at Providore was terrible. Choices were so limited & with a paid lunch we had almost all of our orders we’re out of stock. Most hotels serve good & ample bacon but Providore. We find that strange.
The crew were nice however they freeze during service. One chatty server (wc shouldn’t be that chatty) dodged the bullet by saying there’s plenty of guests & manpower was limited cos others are out on vacay. It’s such an interesting excuse knowing the common nature of the season & business. We have to help ourselves in the process. And not to mention the flies were all over too sharing our meals.
Know that we travel regularly local, domestic & international. Other cheaper hotels do a lot better.
We wish you could do the same.

The location is excellent. The room is clean. However, the Internet is really slow it's totally unusable. I used mobile data so I could work.. :(

Hot shower is not working in our room.. :( I think the shower and toilet's glass doors should swing inward, instead of outward as it blocks passage and could bump into each other.

Our booking includes "free breakfast." Well, it's not really free since you can book without breakfast for a cheaper price. You don't get to choose the type of breakfast. 1st day, sausage, scrambled eggs, and rice. 2nd day, tocino, scrambled eggs and rice. 3rd day, repeat 1st day :D sausage, scrambled eggs and rice. No offence meant, but their "free" breakfast reminds us of the meals served in inter-island passenger/ferry ships :D To their credit, they gave us free fruit platter on the 3rd day and THE COFFEE IS GREAT!

Overall, though, it was not a bad experience.

It's very close to my Cebu office so I stay here whenever I am in Cebu (which is about 2 weeks out of every month). Convenient because it sits atop a mall where there's an abundance of choices for meals and shopping . The mall's quite new too and has a good variety of shops for almost all your needs. The breakfast buffet is excellent also. Each room has its own WiFi router so you get a good signal all the time.

What's not so good? Really small ref in the room, and only 4 clothes hangers (they don't expect you to stay too long I guess)...

My family (of 4) checked in for the first time at Summit Galleria Cebu last Dec 24, for an overnight stay only. For its rate and the fact that my requests for an early check-in and of having connecting rooms were granted, I could say the hotel was fairly okay. But if I have to comment in the hope that it would improve, it would be of the following - (1) the internet connection was pretty bad, (2) the indoor swimming pool was not that impressive (maybe some indoor plants and redesigning/redecorating may help?), and the smell of chlorine (chemical for the treatment of the pool water) was so strong/unpleasant that it would be impossible not to notice it upon entry. But what was worst for me actually was (3) the free breakfast. I know because of the pandemic hotels do not have it on buffet set ups. Plated or set menu was fine by me, what was not okay was the food served. And to think that the restaurant, Providore, somehow had good reviews (I happen to have read a few when I was looking for a resto where we could have dinner), having served 2 small slices of cheap ham (made more of flour), a small portion of scrambled egg and rice, with disposable spoon and fork for our utensils, made me think twice if we were indeed having breakfast at Summit Galleria Cebu or in a carinderia. And even doubted the restaurant reviews I read. I was even tempted to ask if they had been serving the same prior to this pandemic. If the answer is a yes, I really hope the Hotel Management would do something about it. Again, the hotel is fairly okay. What is really off, and way below standard is the breakfast at Providore.

I’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel seems to be degrading more each time. One of the two guest elevators was not working the entire stay. The shower drying was plugged. The shower water was intermittent, full stream followed by a trickle. The buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Very disappointed.

Huge improvement since the first time i stayed here. Hallways and room smell good..staff is courteous and quick to respond to requests..their indoor swimming pool could still improve (water is too cold, floor is quite slippery) but overall, i'd give an excellent rating for service and value for money.
