St Mark hotel was fully booked my last night stay in Cebu city so we transfered to hotel very close to it. 2000 pesos to a room with a tv from 80ths and flat bed,..no no and no. Everything about this hotel need a desperate updating, rooms, elevator, lobby and furnishing. Location is nice, that is only positive thing i... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the service has always been consistent. If you're a filipino coming back to visit relatives or an expat who wants to stay in an intimate hotel in a more local setting, you can't go wrong with Casa Rosario. The Redemptorist Church (Catholic) is in close walking distance, which makes it ideal... More

Recommended by my aunt who stays here when she and my uncle are in the city. We stayed in a family room which was big enough for us (2 adults and 1 preschooler). One has option to include breakfast or not when paying. The place is right beside 7-11 and within a few minutes stroll from a cafe and several... More

We planned to stay here for a day only but the room comfty and great so we extended for another day. The WiFi is amazingly fast, surfing the web was excellent. But we're not there just to stay in the room, kudos anyway :). The room itself is clean, flat screen tv, hot and cold shower, excellent place to relax... More

Old hotel across St. Therese school and next to the Redemptorist church (3 minutes walk). The room me and my dad stayed in the ground floor which is accessible for elderly but should be ambulatory or with minimal assistance because toilet while it has grab bar next to the toilet the space to move around is too narrow / small... Stayed 2 nights. Had to try hard but got a room with a queen bed. My friend and I had rooms 301 and 302. A little noisy because it was at the very front of the hotel. Rooms on the 3rd floor looked like they had been renovated and were an excellent value for this part of town. Breakfast buffet... More

I am not going to sit here bashing this Pension House because in actuality, it really is NOT a bad place. My wife and I live in Davao and from time to time we go to Cebu to conduct business and visit friends. We stayed during the festive time of year and decided to remain in this pension house. However... More
