Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We chose this hotel because it's walking distance to Perpetual Succour Hospital. We booked a Deluxe Twin room for 1 day through Agoda and paid for almost ₱1500 only (tax included). Upon entering the hotel, you will have to log in to their app so that they can have a record of your body temperatures. You have to do this every time you enter. Their elevator also has an alcohol dispenser with sensor so you don't have to touch it. Room is nice and comfy. They provided lots of complimentary items comprising two bottled waters, facial masks, slippers, shampoos and bath gels, and one small alcohol. What I liked best during our stay is that when we went to their resto, my mom can't eat anything from the menu (can't eat meat or other foods with oil), so my mom requested for a Tinolang Isda, and they said yes. My mom loved it. However, the one I ordered which was chicken lollipops was dry and even slightly raw. The Banaberry Vanilla drink was very delicious though. Another thing is that when we were sleeping at night, we wake up sometimes cause we can hear the elevator or some loud neighbors. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was worth it and definitely would come back.

1)This is a 4* rated hotel and deserves every star rated 2)The location is Good, near City centre with Many Malls. Restaurants. Shops...around 3)The staff are polite. Helpful. Friendly.... 4)The rooms are Clean and well maintained. Kettle. Tea. Coffee bags are provided. 5)Bathroom is clean and some toiletry provided 6)We had Early Tour to BOHOL, Impressed that hotel prepared Snaps for us !! 7)The rate is Good. Stayed for 2 nights. Checked-in was fast. Service was ok however we requested if they can arrange the bed together but no one came. The room was ok but there’s a leak at the shower. Wifi was fast and reliable. Location was okay since it’s near the sinulog parade. Since it was sinulog week, for the price, it was really affordable.

We realize that Covid has forced hotels to change the way they work. And after 9 months of Covid, their websites should make the guests aware of changes. Golden Prince website is full of misinformation, or do we call that lies? At a room rate of 8500 pesos per night, our room had: no tea and coffee, no dental kit, no shower caps, no bathrobe. The shower leaks and sprays water on the shower rack and commode. Water does not ever become warm. The phone did not work, neither did the safe box or the clock or the TV remote. The only two towels were old and thin. No utensils, no cups, no plates, no pans in the kitchenette. The main restaurant is closed all day, only the lounge is open with very limited menu. Kitchen closes at 8 p.m. No breakfast. Gym and sauna are closed. There was no indication on the website of any of that. This is their "new Normal" the reception claimed. Well their way of malpresentation is considered cheating and false advertising.

This is another cheap hotel. I you can avoid this hotel at all cost please do. Although the housekeeping staff are friendly and does the up keep of our room very well. The overall customer service from check in to the lounge bar was bellow average. If I have to rate the hotel for just the cleanliness it would be a perfect 5. But overall nit impressive at all. I give my stay overall score of 2. January 19 2020 they set up tent outside hotel for bbq. It was exciting supposedly but the not at all. Music was blasting right next to our dinning table. We have were joined by the staff from the front of the house but to my surprise once they were done they just left without cleaning their table. It was an eye sore for 20 minutes. How hard it is to clago. Please practise clean as you go so that flies and insect would not fly around the dinning table. Most of these cheap hotels also needs to invest in customer service training.

I stayed in room 530 tower 2. It had a very pronounced toxic type of smell. Not like a sewer or a cleaner smell but more like a strong pesticide smell. it was not the bedsheets per say, but the room its self. Very few rooms were available at the time I was there but I was shown another room on the 6th floor and the smell was even more pronounced. It should be noted I do not have a keen sense of smell. Not sure what to say but maybe it was recently sprayed. Staff was good but tossing some air freshener in the mix was not the answer I was looking for. The location is also good.

I recommend this hotel. Staff are very accommodating and helpful to us. They even let us borrow umbrellas whenever we want to go out during rainy days. The place is clean too. I think though that they need to improve more about their facilities because during our time there which was a week, we were not able to use the pool because it is under maintenance all the time. We were not able to use the gym because they don't allow us to go inside without gym shoes. So, make sure to bring gym shoes in your time here.

This is our 2nd Stay in this very good hotel, also stayed for 25 days! We had the suite at 9th floor, very spacious for us. Very clean and well appointed, very comfortable and cool! We stayed here again, as it was centrally located for our activities, near our relatives. The sleep is very restful, this hotel has excellent restaurant, serves assorted foods, and different cuisines! The breakfast is included with the suites, and has the native Cebuano delicacies and pastries, too. The wait staff is efficient and courteous they are all very helpful in every way, "par excellence." We feel spoiled with all the help or assistance we needed. We were made to feel at home, away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts took a bit of getting used to, they’re what I would consider a dinner meal, but I enjoyed them and found they did leave me feeling fuller for longer.

Rooms with 2 single beds. Free breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful location being so close to Ayala Center. Staff was helpful and polite. Amenities are mediocre. Prices are reasonable. We would stay there again.
