This is a business man hotel. It’s also an old hotel. Room is large unlike newer hotels. Breakfast is at 6 am, but food was brought out at 6:45. No pool. They only have a cafe, but there a lot of restaurants right across the street.

Stayed in Citi Park for 4 nights for a business trip. We had a very comfortable stay. 😊♥️ Staff are courteous, warm and helpful. Room (good for 2) is spacious, clean and well lighted. Strong wifi connection (most of the time). Accessible and is near to food establishments and convenience stores. The cable service for the TV is not working, but we didn’t mind it that much since most of the time we just stay there to rest. 😅😊

The services are terrible. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM and I was able to check into the room at 4:20 PM, MNL. The staffs are slow and when you are going to call for a room service you have to follow- up them multiple times. Learn to value your customers time.

ROOMS In terms of size, Citi Park's rooms were quite small, similar to Japanese hotels but overall it was very clean and seemed new. The biggest problem was the noise of the air-con. There might as well have been a jumbo jet in the room. It was a new air-conditioner so wasn't because of wear-and-tear. The noise from the street at night was loud as a guy setup a food stall across the road for the taxi drivers and was hacking meat with a cleaver onto a metal table (yes, that's loud between 12am and 3am). We looked at other rooms in the same hotel the next day but the air-cons were just as noisy.
SERVICE The staff were nice and tried to help whenever they could. They showed us their expensive rooms which didn't have the air-con noise issues but it was out our budget. But they tried hard and were friendly.
LOCATION Don't step out the hotel unless it's to get in a taxi. The hotel is closely situated near Ayala Mall and SM Mall which you can cab to for around 55 Pesos.
BREAKFAST Very good breakfast. The range was fantastic and catered for all tastes, from Asian to Western.
PRICE A little overpriced for you get.
INTERNET Good quality in-room CAT5 internet though you have to pay a little extra for it.
OVERALL Citi Park seems nice enough but the noisy air-con and night time street noise was just too much to bear so we moved out after one night. I would highly recommend instead going 300 metres down the same road to Alpa City Suites Hotel which is cheaper, better, free internet, larger rooms, and most importantly: quiet.

This is an excellent mid-range hotel. As you might expect it has friendly, helpful staff; beautiful clean rooms; an elegant lobby and a decent buffet breakfast. I even liked the neighborhood. Within 100 meters you can find restaurants, massage, 7-11´s, a big grocery store and a coffee/dessert place. As I was a walk-up customer I expected to pay the rack rate but the front desk staff kindly offered me a discounted price. However, despite all this, I had to leave after one night because the WiFi signal in my room would not connect to my computer. The front desk sent 2 IT guys to fix the problem but unfortunately they were unable to find a solution. When they fix the WiFi problem this hotel will be perfect. Hope they do it soon!

What can I say. We keep returning to this hotel because we are treated properly here. I have never had a reason for complaint about anything ! The Buffet breakfast and Dining facilities in 'Pablos' on Ground level are excellent every time. The rooms are spot-on. The staff on reception and even the doorman are at 5 star level - even though the hotel is a four-star, it certainly performs like a five. Hey, even the free wi-fi works too ! We have stayed here at least twice every time I visit Cebu, and we will be returning there yet again very soon. Happy Days...

I stayed 6 nights in June as the location was quite near to airport. Going island hopping in Mactan island was very near too. Good location for going to the ferry port to Bohol for sightseeing. Extremely near to Ayala shopping centre and SM shopping center with lots of good food n shopping. Money changer was just beside it. 2/5 mins walk to Jollibee and a gold cart race track near Jollibee. Just opposite the hotel, a safari park with many stuff for children and teenagers to play. A new 7/11 mini supermarket coming up on e opposite of the hotel.
I did not use e pool and fitness centre, there I had no comments on it.
Always greeted by 2 pretty frontline staff and they were attentive, helpful, friendly and always smiling. Staff serving us for breakfast are friendly, attentive n polite. I could say that all staff are at all times polite, attentive and friendly.
If I ever come back to Cebu, I will stay in this Citi Park hotel again
at breakfast are attentive n helpful. We had requested them if they could extend e breakfast time as we got up late and don't like rushing when eating our breakfast. They have kindly extend it till 11am for us. They even made freshly brewed coffee for us. They allowed us to pack breakfast when we have to leave as early as before 5.30 am on many occasion. Just inform the frontline staff about packing sandwich at what time n they are ready for collection the next morning. I can say that all e staff at all levels are just super in their service.
I will make another trip in Cebu and will stay in this hotel again. Great location with very good service

Citi Park Hotel is an awesome hotel to stay in if you're going to Cebu City. First of all, the location is great. It's near everything: Ayala, SM, Banilad, IT Park. Second, it has wonderful amenties. The rooms are just wonderful! Third, the service is great! The staff even remembers you if you've been there a previous time. And lastly, it's not crazy expensive. If you don't want to splurge on Marriott or Marco Polo, Citi Park is a really good alternative. Total value for your money! Oh, and their food is good. Thank you so much Citi Park!

I initially stayed in one of the rooms in the 4F but as soon as I entered a not so pleasant smell welcomed me. It smelled like someone was smoking in my room before me. Apparently below my room was their smoking area and the vent was sucking the smell. Aside from the smell my tv was also not working. When I travel alone the tv is very important for me as it keeps me company (I easily get scared lol!). But in spite all this when I reported the problem the facilities guy who explained to me the smell issue proactively offered to change my room to the 8F, I think he noticed my discomfort.
The room I transferred into is nothing special. Clean and all appliance working with no unpleasant smell. View from my window is nothing to boast.
Room service came twice to ask if I needed my room cleaned though I didn’t have the sign in my door which got me a bit annoyed as most of the day I was working and didn’t want to get disturbed. When I finally left which was in the mid afternoon I placed the sign to get my room cleaned but when I came back late that night the room was not kept. Disappointing.
Food was average. It was abundant but average.
Crew were very pleasant. Very accommodating.
I love the location! Very strategic. You’ve got a 24hr convenient store right across and fast food chains just a walking distance away plus a few local restos.

Smoking rooms are located in the 3rd floor and exhaust ducts are separate for every floor. I believe the previous guest staying was smoking in the room. We are very sorry that you experienced this. However, we occasionally have guests that do not follow the house rules. For housekeeping to check the room, it is our standard procedure. But as you mentioned that it was not kept even late in the evening, it may be a lapse in our housekeeper's duty or it was a busy day. We are still to blame for your inconvenience.
