Nestled next to SM Mall, Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu is lauded for its strategic location and inviting, luxurious atmosphere, complete with live music and picturesque gardens. Guests have consistently expressed satisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness and the comprehensive amenities available. The spacious and comfortable rooms with impressive views are well-received, although there have been some complaints regarding noise and maintenance.

Detailed Reviews
A little over 2 years to be exact since my last stay at Radisson. Not much has changed, which is probably a good thing, in terms of the hotel's standards.
The rooms are still in good condition and credit should go to housekeeping, whose staff have managed to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep since day one.
The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing though, which still lacked the variety and the repetitive choices available will probably tire one's taste buds after 2 straight days of eating. It would have been good if there was a constant change in the menu with introduction of new food items and allow the guests to try them for a change perhaps. I believe this was highlighted preciously during my last stay.
My stay was marred by two incidents which although minor, but nevertheless needed to be mentioned for the management to take note of.
Firstly, a request made over the room phone to the guest service line was not passed on promptly to the respective department by the phone operator. Even after making 2 follow up calls, almost two hours had passed before it was finally delivered to the room. The second incident happened at the pool whereby a certain staff was being tactless when disseminating information to my wife regarding guest pool access.
As I see this, the staff involved were either new or inadequately trained on how to handle guests. Thus, management should ensure such similar incidents would not happen again. In the end, the hotel's reputation will be affected, if no action will be taken.
However, I'd like to take this opportunity to commend Ms. Sol Rallos, the duty manager during my stay. She was very professional and accommodating to me and my family. She even handled the my wife's complaint regarding the telephone operator promptly and resolved the matter within minutes, to our satisfaction. A truly exceptional employee.
Overall, still one of my favourite hotels. Keep it up! 👏👍

We always stay at Radisson whenever we are in Cebu. Almost every year we visited Cebu we make sure to book here and this year we are more pleased knowing that our room are newly refurbished and we learned that they renovated already almost all floors. Total experience in terms of food and services are great as always. The warmth treatment is so real from Concerge, FO, F&B, Security, Fitness attendants and Housekeeping.

Our stay was amazing! We had the best customer service from all the staff members; each person was incredibly accommodating and room service was very quick. The room very clean and we had a great view of the city. The only gripes we had were there was no fan in the bathroom to vent condensation out quickly and the position of the TV was not in front of bed, but in front of the couch in the living room area. Though, these things did not impede on much and we really enjoyed our stay. There wasn't much in way of food options for vegans at the Feria (which is a big ask), but if you ask some of the restaurant staff they will be able to make you something. We definitelu will return. Thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable.

We live in rural Cebu and come to the city monthly for our business. In the booking process we received about 10 non essential emails that equaled nothing important!
Here is our experience staying at Radisson Blu Cebu, you make your own opinions.
1) We stated we would pay cash for our stay. Radisson Blue charged our credit card anyway but stated we would have the money back within 14 days. A negative
2) Parking in basement is good. Problem is I am 79 and needed to climb stairs with bags to get to the lobby. This was difficult for me. A negative
3) Check in was ok
4) Safe in rood 'didn't' work - Front Desk did not answer. A Negative
5) Late in day we called for room service and were forwarded to the kitchen. No one answered so had to call the Front Desk again. She took our order. 10 minutes later we got another call wanting to know what our order was! We went through it again then was notified one of the items was not available. So, we ordered 'two' of the Chicken Wing Dinners.. When the food was delivered it was only one order and there was no Blue Cheese dip. The waiter was excellent and came back a short time later with the second order plus the Blue Cheese. The Wings were excellent but the blue cheese was ugly. Obviously communications in the hotel are INEPT!
6) The shower was good but the water was 'barely' warm. You could not get to the toilet unless you shut the bathroom door... Very strange design.
7) Aircon was excellent
8) No Tooth Brushes and the virus package was for one person only.. Cheap..
9) No one at pool to hand out towels so we just helped ourselves.
10) Breakfast was good with decent choices.
For P5200 or over a $100.00 this hotel is very over rated! Seemingly run by amateur staff...
If asked, would I stay at this hotel again it would be a no! Lex and Harolds are far superior and far less money.... Brady

Awesome staff, Great food, Stay here! I always enjoy my stay and the beds are super comfortable. If you work at night, the drapes close and the room is very dark during the day. The breakfast buffet has so many different options from different cultures.

I stayed at this hotel everytime I visit Cebu. I uave been very happy in my past visits. Unfortunately my last visit in July 2021 was very bad. First upon reqching our assigned floor, there was a very bad odor in the corridor outside our room. I did tell the reception about it later on but the problem was never resolved. We stayed in a Junior Suite, it was clean but the towels are old and obviously worn out. This is a bit disappointing as Radisson os supposed to be a 5 star hotel. It is very noticeable that the entire hotel is extremely understaffed. One example is that ai have only seen 1 concierge personnel in our 2 days stay. When we arrived at the hotel, the security guy was also the same guy who sanitized and brought our luggage to the check-in area.
Another bad experience is when I used the toilet lobby. During our first day of stay I went to the toilet lobby to pee, I noticed a bubble gum packet on top of the male urinal. The next day when I went and used the same urinal, the toilet have a very bad smell and the bubble gum packet was still there, meaning nobody cleaned the toilet!

The hotel is well situated and approximately 25 minutes from Mactan Airport depending on traffic. It should cost around 450php for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Check in was efficient, if perfunctory. I had booked an executive suite and it's spacious. Depending on which side of the hotel you're room is, you will have a view to the front of the hotel and towards the port or overlooking the swimming pool. The executive lounge was closed but I believe it's due to open in May or June.
Personally I found the bed uncomfortable and it was a little firm for my taste. I prefer a more plush mattress. Breakfast was excellent except for the porridge/oatmeal. Special mention to Hannah and Aileen (petite) in the restaurant who always provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Unfortunately dinner was a mixed affair. There is a buffet on Friday and Saturday nights. The first two nights we dined and it was fine. The last evening we dined and it was terrible. Food was cold and unappetizing. Similarly food in the lobby restaurant was also hit and miss. Sometimes warm, sometimes cold sometimes hot.
SM City is situated next to the hotel and will cater to most of your shopping needs. Ayala & Rustans are about a 15 minutes away for a more upmarket experience. The ferry port for jumping off to Bohol and other destinations is also nearby.
The hotel itself is a busy venue and popular for weddings and meetings but these don't intrude.
The pool is open from 8am to 6pm and was never too busy. I had a body scrub and massage in the Spa. It was heavenly. I'm normally nervous about getting a massage as I suffer from low back issues however the lady who provided the service was excellent.
On check out I asked for the member's 15% discount to be applied to the F&B charges and was asked to show my card notwithstanding that I had booked through the Radisson App. Furthermore I had asked for a later check out earlier and was granted an extra hour without being asked to produce my membership card. I wasn't asked how my stay was but was advised that I should show my card as I go along to ensure that the discount would be applied before check out and thus making the checkout process quicker.
Would I stay again? Probably not.

We stayed here for two nights and two days for a short meeting.
Location: The hotel is located 30 minutes from Mactan Airport. Easily accessible with grab even if we arrived past 10pm. SM is located just beside the hotel.
Room: We had a nice room at the 8th floor facing the port. Room and bathroom was quite rundown. You can see signs of wear and tear in the bathroom but it was relatively clean. We were provided with the basic amenities. They also provided coffee cups without saucers and teaspoon. There also provided complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water.
Staff: Everyone was friendly and polite. Housekeeping service was thorough in cleaning as well. They followed proper health protocols and were wearing their masks properly at all times.
Amenities: They have a gym, pool, and spa. We availed of the body scrub and whole body massage which lasted for 2 hours during our stay. The spa center was nice, cozy, and clean. They ushered us to a couple room with our own private shower with steam and toilet. Complete amenities were provided, from bathrobes, towels, and slippers down to the toiletries. The staff were professional and skillful in providing the massage and scrub that we availed.
Food: We only got to try the breakfast buffet at Feria Restaurant. Breakfast selection was limited but the quality was good. Service staff was also polite and helpful. Room service was also available but last order was at 9pm.
Overall, a nice easily accessible basic hotel for a short stay.

Checking in was too slow, it took an hour for 4 Rooms to be given. After checking in, a call was made from the room for the extra bed to be delivered and towels. Only one bath towel and 2 hand towels were provided for 4pax and No Bath Mat. We can no longer wait after 30 mins and decided to leave the room, I have to call again approximately before 10pm, almost 4 hours after we left the room to have it delivered.
In addition, The staff got annoyed based on their attitude and facial reaction after informing them that there were 2 missing packed breakfast bag. Overall the staff from the front desk are not friendly/approachable. Also no one assisted with the luggage. The only attentive and helpful staff were from the Féria restaurant.
Definitely a disappointment!

8. When we asked if we could request child friendly utensils at breakfast just told us to ask another waiter. Where is the "yes i can" attitude? Frankly he was kinda rude
