Detailed Reviews
It was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is great. Just a five minute walk to Ayala Mall and about a 10 minute drive to Cebu Business Park. Plenty of restaurants choices at the Ayala Mall. Also there is a 7-11 just a block away if you need water or snacks etc. Check in was quick and efficient, and the staff was polite and friendly. I had booked the junior suite. The room was of very good size, with a sofa and a chair and a small work desk. Everything was clean and neat. The furniture in the room was good, just a little dated and worn out. The bed was comfy and the sheets and pillows were of good quality. The television had plenty of English channels, from HBO to CNN and much more. However, the TV itself was quite small for the room. The bathroom was of good size with a large tub and granite counters. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. The only negative were the towels. They were clean, but had been worn out and discolored. The towels had turned grey from the numerous uses and washes. They need to get some new plush white towels.
Surprisingly the Wifi was excellent. Downloads speed was great and connectivity was very reliable. Quite a rarity at hotels in Cebu.
Although I did not eat at the breakfast buffet, it looked abundant and tasty.
The front doorman was friendly and always welcomed me smile and a robust hello.
Will surely stay here on my next visit to Cebu.

I don’t understand reviewers who pay $50/nt for a 1-bedroom suite and expect the Shangri La. Unlike most of SE Asia, hotels in the Philippines are not cheap. For the price, I expected and older hotel with minor maintenance and cleaning issues, and that’s what I got. The value, staff, and location are excellent.

I booked a room with breakfast through booking.com but upon arrival the Front Desk was saying it was not included, I showed them my proof of confirmation indicating it has breakfast but the receptionist just shrugged and did not do anything.
Its not my norm to beg for food so we opted to order ala carte breakfast, again to our dismay it took more than an hour to deliver the food.
Never ever will I stay here again.

I want to express my disappointment with the way in which Hotel Elizabeth Cebu handled a recent issue I encountered during my stay at their establishment. While I appreciate the overall ambiance, rooms, and cleanliness of the hotel, the way in which their staff treated me when I addressed a lost item issue was completely unacceptable.
During my stay, I accidentally left my jacket in the closet of my room. When I returned for it, I was made to wait for hours and was given no clear answers or updates on the situation. I was repeatedly told that there was nothing in the closet, despite my certainty that the jacket was there when I left it. I understand that it was my mistake to leave the item behind, but it is the responsibility of their staff to handle lost and found items in a professional and efficient manner. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and empathy displayed by their staff during this incident. Losing personal belongings is a stressful experience, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I am concerned for the safety and security of future guests, as the mishandling of lost items could have serious consequences if it were a wallet or phone left behind.
Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Hotel Elizabeth Cebu to others. While the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel were satisfactory, the lack of professionalism and urgency displayed by their staff was a major letdown. I implore the management to take immediate action to address the issue of lost and found items and to ensure that the staff are properly trained to handle such situations in a professional and efficient manner. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and that future guests will not have to endure a similar experience.

Very good location less than 5 Minuten walk to Ayala shopping Center. Nice to have a triple room with three separate beds. Good value too. Reception was helpful and allowed for a slightly later check out at 14:00...for an hour or two longer it would have been 1000 Peso extra. Friendly staff. Airport transfer can take 40-60 minutes in heavy traffic although it is not very far. Room service available and lots of TV channels. Good shower with good water pressure. Bathroom a bit dark. Safe in the room. Great for shopping at Ayala which is open 10:00 to 21:00 every day, even on Sunday.

Hotel has potential to get 3 or 4 stars with improvements.
Pros: 1.Location - Best neighborhood to stay for convenience (Ayala, ATMs, food, laundry) in Cebu City.
2. Good size room with king size bed and lots of seating in room
Cons: 1. Room had roaches (bugs), mostly in the bathroom. Maybe because of un-patched crack near power outlet.
2. WiFi was spotty and slow when it finally worked.
3. Front desk didn't have change for large bills. Most hotels do.
4. House keeping entered our room in the morning, even though do not disturb was on the door. Very upsetting.
5. In room phone didn't work, had them fix once but stopped working again.
6. TVs are small. Should be upgraded at least to 40 inch
7. Only 4 hangers in closet, no iron or ironing board
8. Some towels and sheets had stains
9. Gym had 2 machines (treadmill and bike) that were not functional. Bathroom in gym didn't have toilet paper, soap, water or towels
10. Room could use a dresser for storage

The receptionists were nice enough. The room was very good. Cozy and spacious I love it. The bfast was great we were well-attended though one or two asked if we were done with bfast. That I did not like. When we we were still enjoying it's like they wanted us out in a hurry. I love my bfast and it killed my good mood. I will stay there again hopefully treatment will be better

My first night here was awful, I was on the 4th floor facing the street and got no sleep at all, as the road is busy all night. The following morning I asked to be moved and the staff were super accommodating. I was moved to a room away from the street and was very happy for the remainder of my week stay. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are good for a three star, and the food is good - I had the breakfast buffet a few mornings and some dinners. It is conveniently located near a big shopping Centre (10 min walk) and nearby a complex with a lot of restaurants - Cebu IT park (20 mins/half an hour walk)

Actually, is very rare to write a review during my travel. However, this should be monitored by the management.
I wanna share only my thoughts and experience during my stay here in your hotel.
1st | Housekeeping Team they provide a stained bath towel, however, am requesting to replace it. Within seconds they replaced it quickly and really impressed it. Very friendly with the housekeeping telephone operator and the runner.
2nd | Toilet Tiles were broken. During the handover of the attendant, the housekeeping supervisor should notice on the broken tiles, which will cause an accident for the guest. It’s a hazard by the way! It's a big NO!
The front office team is very friendly during my check-in time and she offer me a back side view due to quite area which is she can feel that I don’t like a noise area. The housekeeping team is amazing during my request.
My thoughts and my honest feedback.
Grazie Mille!

Living room, kitchenette and bedroom with two bathrooms.
As I recall breakfast is 06:00 to10:00.
They don’t have a pool but it’s one of the best hotel in Cebu. I’m sure your will would be good. In my experience in this hotel , everything was great . Highly recommended...
