My company in-house me in this hotel because of the pandemic to make sure we’re all safe. I’m staying at this hotel for almost a month now and I would like to commend their safety measures for all the guests as well as their staff. Sanitizers every where, random room to room temp check on top of the temp check prior entering the building plus making sure all folks inside the building are guests and employees only. My suite in the 14th floor is superb, very spacious, clean and cozy. I would like to thank the staffs like Emmanuelle and Niko - very friendly and accommodating but most especially Nelson Limot assigned in F&B, he’s very friendly, kind and approachable and really made my stay worthwhile in addition to that, he makes a very very yummy hot chocolate! (Sana all!) Would really recommend this place to my friends and family here and abroad.
PS: Level up your breakfast selection pls. :)

My husband and I decided to stay overnight for a different NYE experience and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff. The check in process was smooth and swift, and Manu, the FO who assisted us, was very friendly and accommodating.
We were very much pleased upon entering the room because it was spotless and so comfortable. The bathroom was so clean that you could probably sleep on the floor and not worry about germs. I usually get allergies (rhinitis) whenever I stay at hotels, but not here...and that says a lot about the cleanliness of the place. Immaculate.
We opted to have dinner at Misto on a whim, and the F&B servers were so helpful and friendly. They recommended us to try dishes and gave us extra servings when we were too shy to ask for more. Kudos to Miss Shirley, Miss Jinefer, Miss Ethel, and Miss Erlyn for being such great servers! They really went out of their way to assist us. They were so accommodating and hospitable that it has left a mark on us. Also, Felipe was really entertaining, as he would drop by from time to time to ask us if the food was alright. He even gave us recommendations regarding the event that was to take place at Straight Up Bar that night. Honestly, aside from our comfortable and immaculately clean room, the FO and F&B staff were the highlights of our stay!
We will definitely be coming back here for future staycations and we will most definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Very pleased! I would give this hotel 10 stars, if it were possible!

We got the 2-bedroom suite and we’re a family of 3 adults. I’d say it was a nice, quiet place to stay. The living room and kitchenette area were just right with all the necessary amenities. The bedrooms and toilets were clean, the air conditioners were functioning well and the 3 huge TV’s on the wall were good, one for each room then the living room, except for the way they placed the cable TV modem behind it and it doesn’t easily detect the remote control if you’re on the bed. It’s really good that you can access the elevator from the basement 2 parking so checking out and putting our bags back to the car was easy. Of course, the access to the mall is a big plus. The serviced buffet dinner was delicious. It was a special Sinulog dinner when we stayed (buffets weren’t regularly offered due to the pandemic). We loved the calderetang kambing, the paklay, the kinilaw nga bat ug tangigue, and the pastillas. Serviced buffet breakfast was also just fine. They granted us early check-in and very late checkout. It was one nice staycation.

An amazing property, a hidden jewel to be found for Cebu Staycation seekers. I was pretty impressed by the aesthetic design, a very modern sleek and chill vibe, warm and enticing. I had booked for one night promo which included a bottle of wine and truffles to welcome me to the absolutely spotless room with king bed. I liked it so much I extended for an additional night. The staff is professional and hospitable with the warmth and friendliness that is the best of cebu so culture. Jinifer in FB and Kim at front desk and Roland as guard did at outstanding job. I was able to speak to manager Agnes to share my feedbacks and a few concerns that were addressed to my satisfaction
I was impressed by the lunch I had at Misto with a well prepared set menu of 4 courses
Next time I hope to have time to enjoy the workout area and the rooftop pool and hopefully worth the lift of the alcohol ban drinks at their rooftop lounge.

My family stayed in Seda to prepare for our wedding. I thought the stay will be like other hotels where it’s business as usual (you know when they provide service to you as a guest because it’s their job which a good thing) but with Seda, it was more than that. The staff always greets us with a smile whenever they see you in the hallways or the lobby. My request for room service (cleaning) was done on time (cause the photoG and HMUA will be arriving na) and I’ve honestly only experienced that in Seda and Plantation Bay. Other hotels would have us wait anytime of the day which is annoying because you’d want to feel fresh and clean after bathing but the room isn’t, which ruins the mood therefore, you won’t feel relaxed at all. And it’s one reason why we book at hotels. To relax! Anyways, overall experience is a 10! It’s definitely worth it to stay there.👌🏼

When choosing a hotel to stay in, the things I consider are the following: 1. Room size 2. Staff behavior and Seda Central Bloc have all of these. The room provided was spacious. Everytime I get my breakfast Nelson Limot from F&B never fail to greet any guest with a smile or simple Hi (he makes the best hot choco too). He initiates small talk by asking how are you doing. The front desk - Emmanuel, Julie, Nico and Regina never fail to greet you good morning and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience I experienced (not major ones really). The security team also contribute to the positive environment of the hotel by making sure you follow protocols in which I greatly appreciate. If you want to visit Cebu, stay in this hotel, you will never regret it.

I did not expect that this hotel is not just like any other hotels that I’ve been to. The staff here are just so hospitable, kind and polite. Let me start from the very accommodating and respectful staff in the front desk, Emmanuel. He’s not just a pretty face but someone who has the skill to make people feel like they are taken care of. Next is Julie who never failed to answer some of my questions when it comes to the protocols in the company, the rates, even the food and housekeeping queries. Even if we are highschool batchmates and also a friend of mine, I did not feel any special treatment (not in a bad way) because she still maintained her professionalism as an employee of this company. To Niko and Regina, you also are doing a great job. Maintain your friendly faces and it will go a long way.
To the F&B section, I want to thank Ivan for his abrupt assistance and making sure our food are always well prepared every time we claim it in the Misto. To Felipe, for always doing a great customer experience as he tend to ask if we have work the following day or if we came back from the office and etc. Like you can feel his concern to the guests and I appreciate it so much. To Nelson, the hot choco master (HAHA), you are such a great addition to the team. You have the skill to communicate effectively with your guests and to keep their stay worthwhile. In this pandemic, we are in need of companion as we are far from our families but he never made us feel that we are alone here (although we are alone in our room HAHA). You also maintained your professionalism to your colleagues and to the guests even outside of your work hours and thats a rare thing. Kudos to you.
The whole experience here in Seda is such a wonderful thing. The rooms, amenities , staff and even the security personnel are just so great.
Before I forget, thank you so much to the housekeeping team for cleaning my room 3 times a week. I apologize if I cant mention you individually as I dont know you personally. Lol

My quarantine stay in Seda Bloc was excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. The staffs are very pleasant . Room service requests were well delivered , though it takes some time but I know they were trying their best to be on time. If I needed something i call them in advance, I know it's not easy for them to serve all the meals 3 or 4 times in a day for all their ROFs and OFWs in their respective rooms . Everyone should know hotels are not designed for that.
I have all the things I need my room. If IATF still continues to have this 10 days quarantine , I highly recommend Seda Central Bloc. I would surely come back and soon enjoy the hotel without restrictions.
I do appreciate everyone who makes my quarantine stay comfortable .

We stayed here for two separate nights. First night we were so called upgraded to a studio with kitchen, that was cool. We happily took a video of the room. We didn't notice anything until we started using the wash basin and the water barely was draining. Then my husband had his shower and it was overflowing as the water was barely draining. I had a look and boy the shower edges was covered with thick black mold about two inches wide. What a disappointment when this place was only one year in operation but the place is not well maintained. We complained the following morning as we arrived close to midnight, the drainage was fixed. We thought that they might give us an upgrade for our second night, it wasn't on offer.This time no blockage, no black mold but there are pink traces of mold. The lobby and restaurant is stunning with its contemporary decor and we thoroughly enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast and the staff even oblige to give me some mangoes. We requested for water and it was delivered to our room within minutes, so great service and friendly staff.
