There are many things to improve the facility and service.
The bathroom is smelly, room is small, and Cockroaches are everywhere. Customer service at front desk needs improvement.
The room was small and dirty...air conditioner was too loud and wasn't working properly...it was warm inside...it says free continental breakfast...it wasn't free....we had to pay....it wasn't sound proof, noisy....poor customer service at front desk....
