I am a government physician and I went to Cebu City for a 1 week training. The NGO which sponsored our accomodations booked us in this hotel. The location is good, very accessible by taxi or jeepney or private vehicles. The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a wide selection, but if you stay here for several days and...

This stay was in May of 2008. I stayed here the first time in November of 2004 and had a better experience. Things have gone down hill since then, both with the hotel itself and the area surrounding the hotel. First off, let me say that a lot of my issues had to do with the condition of our rooms....

The Hotel was awesome by all means- Location, Service and all other stuff..The bad thing is that the lobby was not that spacious. I stayed at a deluxe room with my brother and we had a great time..The hotel was also near a shopping center where we could buy things and eat.Overall, I rate it 4 out of 5.

Good location, a few steps from Fuente Osmena. rooms kind of basic but very clean with the stuff you need i.e. minibar, cable tv, working and sitting area. Staff very helpful and warm, especially to repeating customers. Restaurant dining and breakfast nothing special but plentyful. A good deal is the rooftop garden with nice views and a decent good priced...

Every one of the employees that I have had to deal with here have been exceptionally polite and professional. The food at the restaraunt downstairs is excellent as is the rooftop restaraunt. Make...

This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I was not so happy as my first time. Reasons - I booked for a Business Class Room (my first time I had Deluxe) thinking it would be better than a Deluxe room but it was a failure. Room is small, and the internet access was not working in...

I have stayed at The Holiday Plaza hotel three times and must say it is the best value I have found in Cebu. Friendly people, comfortable rooms, great area, good food, and a very fair price. Be sure to visit the rooftop Barbeque!!!

In all my trips to Cebu I stay at the Holiday Plaza. The rooms are comfortable. The people from the bell man to the resident manager are very polite and accomodating. The buffet breakfast is loaded with a variety of dishes from congee to filipino to american. Fresh fruits are also a constant. The television in the room is a...
