Rooms are clean and not a bad size for the price. Everything works. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast downstairs in the cafe (included in tariff for our room). Guard at the front door takes your temperature as you enter. Protection against Coronavirus. Good location. Close to Robinson’s Fuente. No fridge, tea or coffee or hairdryers. Cold and hot drinks available in cafe downstairs until about 10pm. Breakfast starts 6.30 but I was told earlier breakfasts available for people catching early flights etc.

Stayed here for the first time with family and would recommend it anyone visiting Cebu on a budget. The accommodation provides a comfy stay in a quiet neighbourhood and the staff are extremely professional and warm to guests. They’re clearly dedicated to ensuring you enjoy your stay leave with a smile.

First timer in Cebu so at first we cant decide where to stay, so luckily we got this affordable yet simply amazing hotel located in the heart of Fuente circle.
Walking distance to Robinsons Mall and a lot of affordable street foods particularly that “Punko-punko”.

At the check in, at first my fiance didn’t liked the room that they offer to us. But big thanks to Grace from reception (if im not mistaken) that showed us other room options so we ended up a nice and big room.

The short haired lesbian staff was very rude and gave the wrong info about the rooms. She was very unaccommodating and gave misleading info about room amenities. The staff, particularly , the lesbian staff was impolite and just stares at incoming guests with no greeting or courteousness. Staff on reception needs a lot of hospitality training.

The staff is very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We arrive at the hotel early and cant wait to check -in this was a big thumbs up. Service is good would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pillows Hotel Cebu is one of the best property I have stayed so far in Cebu. The property is ideally located near to Robinson Mall, restaurants, Bars and the famous Mango Avenue. The hotel rooms are were comfortable and comes with breakfast. The WIFI is good and strong. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. The only one issue I faced was that there are no electrical points the bathroom and near to the work table. The rooms come with water, housekeeping is great, clean sheets, towels etc. Overall definitely my choice of hotel in Cebu

Old outdated air conditioning that is almost falling out of the wall. No fridge in room. No kettle or coffee making facilities. No power points in bathroom. Very slow internet connection that keeps on dropping out. This is an old outdated Hotel. Plenty of better hotels in Cebu

Management accused and charged us of the stains on their linens.
We have no idea that you have to check if linens are free from stains before using them. I guess this a modus of their staff. Be very careful of using their linens since they have used to in this kind of modus

I had the chance to stay during the Sinulog festivities at Pillows Hotel and all I can say is they are very ORGANIZED! Commonly visitors coming for the festivity would expect a chaotic check-in, long queuing during registration, delayed breakfast service, rooms getting unattended for cleaning etc... ect... ect.... But with Pillows Hotel my expectations were wrong :) Upon check-in my room was ready and was pre-cooled!!!! Breakfast service were sent through room service because I guess their cafe is quite small to accommodate more than a hundred guests which was still fine though I didn't had the chance to enjoy the ambiance of their little cafe but twas ok part of their planning for the Sinulog, during the Sinulog day to our surprise we had Sinulog Survival Kit which we did not expect to receive it had the colorful holi powder, two bottled water and a fan!!! Cool and Cooolorful hehehehe! They also had a cut and style artist at the lobby, a gift shop where I bought the matallic tattoos... Oh! I appreciated the wristbands which were distributed to guests which was a compliance to be worn when we come back to the hotel for identity, first I find it funny but on second thought it meant that the hotel was very concerned with our safety to prevent outsiders from coming to the hotel, it was a nice touch :). When we check-out the hotel on a Monday, the lobby was so clean as if there was no festival the day before, breakfast was still served at it's best no delays.. Hotel staff were energetic with wide smiles bidding us farewell... Thanks Pillows Hotel for the wonderful and spectacular experience!

Deposit is 1000 peso, and make sure you have housekeeping check off/count everything in the room when checking in. I had to let them inspect my luggage to prove that I did not take one of their hand towels, when in fact there was only one when I check in.

I dont think so unless its underground but there is parking outside and they do have security guards 24 hr so i wouldnt worry about security

Hi. Yes SM Seaside is about 5-6 km from Pillows Hotel. It will take 13-15 min, by taxi. Taxi is not expensive in Cebu, and the driver always start the meter. Have a nice trip. Frants
