After our bad experience at the other place we stayed we moved here to Waterfront Airport Hotel. Let me start by saying the staff here were very friendly and extremely helpful. We dropped our daughters off at their flight and arrived at the hotel at 6am. The early check in was not until 9am. (Early check in is only 1000 PHP. We had a paid breakfast with our room but our flight the next day would leave before they would be serving breakfast. By just asking and explaining that we would not be available for the breakfast, the staff let us use our breakfast voucher while we waited for the check in time. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station. The food was excellent and again the staff was phenomenal. After we had our breakfast we checked in and up to the room we went. The pictures will show the room but again the staff made the stay even more special. We get off the elevator and there is staff waiting to escort us to the room and help us with our bags. We needed our cloths ironed and the room did not have an iron but the staff came and got our cloths and for only $6USD (300PHP) they pressed our outfits and returned them same day. After a very comfortable night’s rest we were up early to catch our flight and once again the staff was exceptional with an easy check out and a quick ride to the airport by hotel staff. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cebu.

Located directly across the airport, it’s the most convenient places to stay in Cebu in terms of accessibility to the airport. You can just walk across the road to go to the airport.
It has a casino but nothing compared to the large casinos in Manila, although it may provide some good time for casino gamblers.
The restaurant offered buffet lunch for 1,200 pesos, and there were lots of choices.

Worst Hotel in the world. Customer service and policy was sooo bad. Never ever gonna back here. Imagine you came from the 3am flight and no sleep. Ofcourse you want to take a good sleep right away upon arrival so that I booked at the nearest hotel in the airport thinking that they will consider the early flight passengers. Yes i know that there is 2pm check in time..I paid already additional for the early check in and yet I still need to wait 7am to check in.I need REST but you gave a very TERRIBLE day waiting at your uncomfortable chairs at the lobby.

My first stay at this hotel was several years ago with my husband. We had to fly back to the USA on the next day and finding this hotel was completely happiness. The distance to Mactan International Airport from the Hotel was a great experience. We could just walked to the airport and we were just right there on the doorstep. My last visit to this Hotel was just this month of January of 2020. My family and I stayed for 1 night before heading back to United States. Our stay was great. The room was cleaned, food was delicious not mentioned they have Filipino and American food they have served. Our dining experience was excellent. The front desk staff are super nice. The swimming pool was cleaned !!Over all great service!! I will definitely recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

Have visited the Cebu area many times and always try to book at this facility first. Obviously, the location for flyers is perfect, domestic arrivals can literally walk across the street and be in the hotel lobby. Highly recommend. Kind and professional people.

Three star hotel in convenient location with spacious, dated average rooms. It takes forever to check in since they insist on hand writing receipts for everything. The pool was small, but nice and the same with the fitness center.
Let me save you 20-30 minutes of your time. This hotel is directly behind the airport (a short walk from Terminal 2). Just walk across the street rather than wait for the shuttle for it only to drive you for one minute.
Also, a hassle to try and purchase the buffet in the restaurant since they will make you go to front desk to purchase a voucher (handwritten again) to bring back to the restaurant.
I would stay here again only if I had a late/early flight.

No access even to sunshine and fresh air. The room is veey old with termites. Carpet is covered with nasty stains. Wifi is very slow. Not recommending it. It's very expensive for a quarantine hotel. It's pointless to pay extra when you're not allowed to use their amenities. They won't allow food delivery, you're force to eat food from the hotel. I suggest you find a small hotel, i heard much better experience there as they are allowed to get some fresh air and food delivered. Only reason for the star are the good people that worms there. For the free rides from and to the airport.

If you want a hassle-free near airport accomodation, then this is the place!
Number one my list is their fluffy pillows and comfy sheets! Real fluffy. Try it to believe it! 😉 Second, is their new normal crate. I also loved how they provided it for the customer's peace of mind. Third, food!

We booked through Agoda and in the website, it says the room can cater 3 guests. When we arrived in the hotel, we were told that another room should be booked since the room can only occupy 2 guests. We ended up booking 2 rooms. We told the receptionist to coordinate with Agoda and we were told that we should be the one who should coordinate with Agoda regarding the wrong info.

The airport is just across the street less than a 100metres walk. You can arrange with the hotel personnel for assistance too if you have plenty of luggage.
There are more places to choose from in the Lapu Lapu area.
