Whenever I wanted to unwind, swim or just having my own "me time", I always go here. Just a few km from my house. But I do hope they will improve some of their amenities. The food they offer is limited, sometimes the water in the safari pool looks green and it looks dirty already. I just love the big...

The room initially shown to us was a bit scary with a really old TV, creaking wooden beds and a scary looking bathroom. We had to request for a better room. We were given the modern looking rooms near the "zoo". The rooms on that side are so much better - better sheets, better bath. The prices for the rooms...

No doubt sta fe resort is a Bacolod pride but with the way ur staff treats customers, with ur outdated rules & with ur disregard for growth & development, this resort is not for tourists/customers who are not from Bacolod! Most of the staff are arrogant, they dont even smile.. The biggest issue why only a couple of people check...

Stayed for 4 days but i was supposed to stay for a week. I can relax and enjoy since it's like 7 km from the main city of Negros Occidental, Bacolod. Later did i realized the cable was off, no hot water in the shower. Believe me, room quality is not as good as the room rate. Of all the...

I decided to attend Masskara 2014 on the last minute and can't get accommodations. Thankful that connections in Bacolod at least found me a room, actually a "villa" or else I would be out on the streets with no place to sleep in. Arrived in the hotel past 9pm with the key to my room simply handed to me by...

My boyfriend and I went to swim and to dine for lunch in Sta.fe resort, we ordered backribs, sisig and asked for service water. The backribs cost in the menu was P135 that surely looked liked a porkchop and the sisig for P95 pesos that seemed liked it came from "purefoods" sisig in can. Well it wasn't a big of...

The place is indeed the oldest bt staff & resort rules should be updated to cope up with the competition. 1. price of aircon cottages same as other hotels in the city proper with pool as one of the amenities, cottages should be for the whole family not just for 2 persons 2. a resort hotel bt pool time is...

This place is probably the oldest resort in Bacolod. We used to spend the first day of the year in this place when we were kids. Our family used to have a lot of fun playing bowling, but they already took away the bowling and made the place into a function hall. They have three pools, two are for the...
