This hotel + spa was a godsend after a very hot August day. I found it via Google and tripadvisor searching on “pool”. And the Imperial inn did not disappoint. Reservation by phone was easy (good english), finding it was simple, and parking was not a problem at all. Check-in was smooth, I was told the dinner was also included (nice! because the hotel is outside of the city-centre), and the room was Large and very comfortable with a large bed even a Jacuzzi. The Pool + Spa took a bit of searching for me: the place is large! But the spa was an excellent facility, and I really enjoyed swimming in the large pool: I could really stretch and do a good swimming workout. The fitness room also looked very large: you can easily entertain a large sporting team there. The dinner was Good - I can recommend it. The hotel is located a bit outside of the city, so if you want to visit “downtown”, you would need to use a taxi. Sleep was excellent, despite the wedding that took place in the hotel that night, and breakfast was good (in a large dining room). At every occasion the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all I can recommend this hotel very much.

This hotel was a big positive surprise for us. From the outside it doesn’t look much, but just wait until you get inside. Beside the plastic orchid which I am not a fan of, everything looks new and modern. I was impressed by how clean everything was. We travelled with our 5 years old son. Most of the hotel guests travel with children as it is obvious that this is an extra kid friendly hotel. I appreciated the special toys they have on the a la carte restaurant’s terrace. I congratulate the management for their services. The rooms are really big and nice. They offer bathrobe and slippers and all the possible amenities one would need. The spa area is huge and so it doesn’t feel crowded. The water temperature is perfect even in the big pool. The food is good. We liked the buffet range. At dinner they have a nice food corner for children. I have only two small suggestions: 1. at the spa to use an electronic display for food order number from the bar instead of shouting the number; I think it would be more elegant and it would not disturb the spa atmosphere; 2. in the room a big garbage bin would be useful, especially as the one from the bathroom is really small and when you travel with children you have lot of garbage; In conclusion we will definitely revisit this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

Not so bad, not so good. Everything is average and a little desapointing. The smell of clorium is everywhere and the reception services are low to be optimistic. The rooms are big, clean. The TV very small in ratio with the room. The breakfast is good and various.
