The personal from the restaurant is not the best. They get angry because I want to take the breakfast at 09:45 and they serve it 'till 10:00. I will never stay there. In rest the rooms are ok for one night.
I stayed one night, enjoying the Jazz Blues festival in the club in Targu--4 minutes away--and I had a comfortable room in a not-so-modern, but clean hotel. I could see it was quite swank in its day.

Nice location, calm zone, but the hotel could use a handyman and some cleaning.
Shower had broken doors, and shower holder was missing, mold on the room's walls, the elevator was the slowest elevator ever, we only used it when we had luggage.
Please renovate this hotel!
